    • A portable vacuum cleaning system includes a portable vacuum unit for cleaning debris. The vacuum unit is powered by a self-contained first electric power storage device and may be carried with a strap in backpack-fashion. The system also includes a cart defining a receptacle for receiving the vacuum unit. The vacuum unit may be used when supported by the cart or when carried by an operator. A second electric power storage device is supported by the cart and electrically connectable to the vacuum unit for charging the first electric power storage device when the vacuum unit is supported by the cart. Further, when disposed in the cart, the vacuum unit is disposed at an angle of about 45 degrees allowing for ease of movement of the cart.

    • An apparatus for cleaning surfaces, particularly solid surfaces, includes an outer housing and an inner housing configured to substantially encapsulate a surface being cleaned, a vacuum source traversing the outer housing, a rotating coupler, an impeller, at least one fluid jet coupled to the impeller, and at least one air induction port. The vacuum source is configured to induce air through the air induction ports past the impeller blades causing the impeller to rotate, which causes the rotating coupler and the fluid jets to rotate. Because the rotation of the fluid jets is due to induced air, the fluid jets can be positioned at any angle desired, including a negative angle.

    • A steam cleaner capable of automatically absorbing dust includes a main body; a handle arranged at an upper end of the main body; and a cleaning towel arranged at a bottom of the main body. The main body is provided with a shell, an inner cavity of the shell is provided with a steam generating device, and the inner cavity of the shell is further provided with a dust absorbing device, and wherein the dust absorbing device includes a telescopic dust absorbing head, and the shell or the handle is provided with a switch for controlling the dust absorbing head to be telescopic and absorb the dust. The shell of the steam cleaner is internally provided with the dust absorbing device with the telescopic dust absorbing head; and the switch controls the dust absorbing head to be telescopic and absorb the dust. A user only needs to press or rotate the switch, so that the dust absorbing head can be automatically outwards extended to absorb the dust on the ground; and after cleaning, the user only needs to press or rotate the switch, so that the dust absorbing head can be inwards retracted, and the steam cleaning function is recovered, therefore, the steam cleaner is very convenient to be used.
