摘要： A connector includes a wiring board; a lead connecting the wiring board electrically to an external board; and a conductive layer connecting the lead to the wiring board so as to allow the lead to move when the conductive layer is melted. The lead includes first through third regions. The first region, in contact with the conductive layer, is sandwiched between the second and third regions lower in wettability with respect to the liquid melt of the conductive layer than the first region. The wiring board includes a first region and second regions. The first region, in contact with the conductive layer, is sandwiched between the second regions lower in wettability with respect to the liquid melt than the first region. The center of the first region of the lead is offset and away from the external board relative to the center of the first region of the wiring board.

A light curing adhesive is applied to a part of the contact surface, adjacent to the lens unit so that the part is bonded to the printed circuit board. A two-component mixed adhesive is applied to, along peripheries of the contact surface in contact with the printed circuit board, outer edges of lateral-side peripheries adjacent to the lens unit and an outer edge of a back-side periphery close to the back face so that the lateral-side peripheries and the back-side periphery are bonded to the printed circuit board.

The heat sink mounting structure includes an integrated circuit package, a heat sink mounted on the integrated circuit package, and a fastener for fastening the heat sink to the integrated circuit package so that a lower surface of the heat sink comes into close contact with an upper surface of the integrated circuit package. The engaging members are adapted to engage diagonal corner portions of the integrated circuit package, and the forked members are adapted to come into pressure contact with side surfaces of the heat sink.
