    • An air filter has an inner filtering body within an outer filtering body. The air filter is configured to fit inside a scoop and adjacent to the inlet opening of the scoop. By placing the air filter adjacent to the inlet opening of the scoop, the size of the air filter may be increased as compared to a traditional air filter which fits within the neck area of the scoop. As such, the surface area of the air filter may be increased to provide more air to an air intake system such as a carburetor, fuel injectors, throttle body, or the like, as compared the traditional air filter. The inner filtering body may be recessed inside or protrude from the outer filtering body. The inner filtering body may be coupled to the outer filtering body along the base of the air filter. The inner filtering body increases the surface area of the air filter so that more air may be provided to the air intake system of a vehicle.

    • Embodiments automatically generate an accurate network of watertight NURBS patches from polygonal models of objects while automatically detecting and preserving character lines thereon. These embodiments generate from an initial triangulation of the surface, a hierarchy of progressively coarser triangulations of the surface by performing a sequence of edge contractions using a greedy algorithm that selects edge contractions by their numerical properties. Operations are also performed to connect the triangulations in the hierarchy using homeomorphisms that preserve the topology of the initial triangulation in the coarsest triangulation. A desired quadrangulation of the surface can then be generated by homeomorphically mapping edges of a coarsest triangulation in the hierarchy back to the initial triangulation. This quadrangulation is topologically consistent with the initial triangulation and is defined by a plurality of quadrangular patches. These quadrangular patches are linked together by a (U, V) mesh that is guaranteed to be continuous at patch boundaries. A grid is then preferably fit to each of the quadrangles in the resulting quadrangulation by decomposing each of the quadrangles into k2 smaller quadrangles. A watertight NURBS model may be generated from the resulting quadrangulation.

    • An earth mover includes a fixed scraper blade and a moveable floor section. The moveable floor section can be pulled rearwardly to provide an opening between the fixed scraper blade and the forward edge of the floor section. The floor section is mounted on tracks which run on the exterior of the sidewalls of the bowl. The forward portion of the tracks are angled upwardly which keeps the floor tight against the bottom of the bowl. When the floor is in the open position, it allows the floor to extend downwardly below the thick scraper blade. This allows the forward edge or blade of the floor section to act as a leveler as the dirt is being unloaded from the earth mover.

    • An apparatus and a method are provided for a sprayer nozzle support to a pump mechanism of a trigger sprayer assembly. The sprayer nozzle support generally comprises a tower portion and a first and second side protrusions. The tower portion is configured to convey stability to the pump mechanism when a screw cap of the trigger sprayer assembly is screwed onto a neck of a container. A top of the tower portion is configured to support the pump mechanism and a bottom of the tower portion is configured to contact the screw cap. The first and second side protrusions provide structures whereby the sprayer nozzle support may be removed from the trigger sprayer assembly. A curved proximal surface of the tower portion and the first and second side protrusions facilitates an unobstructed grasping of the trigger sprayer assembly in a hand.
