摘要： According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a power tool including: a commutator motor including a rotor and a stator having a substantially cylindrical stator core; a fan provided to face one axial end of the stator core so as to be rotatable coaxially with the rotor; and a stator coil bundle fixed to an inner peripheral surface of the stator core, the stator coil bundle having a coil end portion that protrudes more than the stator core in a rotational axis direction of the rotor, wherein a minimum internal diameter of the coil end portion is smaller than a maximum external diameter of the fan, and wherein the coil end portion has a fan facing portion that faces the fan along a direction perpendicular to the rotational axis direction.

摘要： An electric fastener driver having a compact size and simple construction. A driver segment provided with a rack is movably disposed in a housing. A flywheel is driven by a motor. A drive shaft is concentric with and integral with the flywheel. A coil spring is fixed to the drive shaft. A driven rotor is coaxial with the drive shaft and has one end portion serving as a spring seat portion positioned within the coil spring. A pinion is disposed at the driven rotor and is meshedly engaged with the rack. An urging section is disposed within the driven rotor. A ball is movably disposed in a through-hole formed in the driven rotor for urging an end portion of the coil spring by the urging section. A solenoid controls a protruding amount of the ball from the surface of the driven rotor.

The motor includes a first molded coil having a first coil covered entirely with a thermosetting resin that is electrically insulating and highly heat conductive. The motor also includes a second molded coil having a second coil covered entirely with the thermosetting resin. The first coil and the first stator core are integrally firmly fixed together by the thermosetting resin which is injected in a metal mold to cover the entire first coil after the first stator core and the first coil mounted on the first coil mounting portion are fixed to the metal mold. Similarly, the second coil and the second stator core are integrally firmly fixed together by the thermosetting resin.

摘要： Fanned air generated by a fan to cool a motor is discharged from a housing through fanned air discharge ports toward an opening formed in a base. The fanned air discharged toward the opening is then introduced into a groove in fluid communication with the opening. The groove is formed in a bottom surface of the base and has an open side at a front side of the base. The fanned air is then discharged from the front side of the base, blowing off saw dust on a cutting object so as to prevent dust from accumulating on a marking line on the cutting object.
