摘要： A first DC/DC converter is provided between a rectifier for rectifying output of an electric generator driven by an engine, and a battery for supplying power to an in-vehicle load. An electric double layer capacitor and a second DC/DC converter for charge/discharge current control for the capacitor are provided between the rectifier and the first DC/DC converter. A control circuit sets a current target value which is a control target value for the second DC/DC converter, based on the voltage value of a battery bus, and when charging of the electric double layer capacitor is to be stopped based on a charge/discharge instruction signal, performs, before the charging is stopped, control of gradually attenuating the current target value for the second DC/DC converter, based on a voltage value VEDLC of the electric double layer capacitor.

摘要： A power conversion apparatus includes a high-power-factor converter section converting an AC voltage to a DC voltage, a smoothing capacitor, a DC/DC converter section, and a control circuit. The control circuit controls the high-power-factor converter section such that the power factor of AC is controlled and a DC voltage follows a target value, and performs duty control for semiconductor switching devices such that a DC voltage from the DC/DC converter section to a load follows an instruction value. In accordance with the DC voltage, the control circuit adjusts the DC voltage target value of the high-power-factor converter section such that the duty ratio of the semiconductor switching devices approaches a set value, thereby optimizing the duty ratio of the semiconductor switching devices and reducing power loss.

摘要： An analytic method is provided for obtaining much sequence information by causing in-source decay of modified RNA and non-modified RNA and generating many fragment ions. Particularly, a method for analysis wherein a matrix that efficiently causes decomposition by in-source decay of RNA of 20 bases or longer is used in an apparatus that has a laser of a wavelength commonly used in MALDI-TOF MS. A specimen containing RNA is subjected to matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry that uses 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone as a matrix to obtain fragment ions derived from the RNA. The difference in mass between the peaks of ions in the fragment ions is used to analyze the sequence of the RNA.

摘要： In a conventional “distributed” integrated network node architecture, specific judgment processes cannot be executed in any routing and transferring unit. The routing and transferring unit is required to share judgment process related information with an enhanced processing unit or other routing and transferring units. Thus, when using enhanced processing units, manufacturing costs increase, while processing speed decreases when routing and transferring units cooperate. If any flow is disposed during a transfer from a packet transferring unit in a routing and transferring unit to a processing unit, the packet is disposed regardless of packet priority. In the present invention, a packet related to a specific judgment process is always transmitted to a specific routing and transferring unit from a line interface unit. If an inputted flow is over the transferring capacity, the line interface unit analyzes the packet header and determines the type, transport priority, and disposal priority of the packet.

摘要： Provided are a spin-injection element having high spin-injection efficiency, and a magnetic field sensor and a magnetic recording memory employing the element. The element comprises a barrier layer, a magnetic conductive layer, and a spin accumulation portion comprised of non-magnetic conductive material. In the element, a first spin accumulation layer (103) and the barrier layer (102) have respectively a body-centered cubic lattice structure. Due to this, the first spin accumulation layer (103) and the barrier layer (102) come into contact with each other through a boundary face with improved crystalline symmetry. Thereby, lattice matching is improved and scattering of the tunnel electrons in the Δ1 band is prevented, resulting in improvement in the spin polarizability. Further, the characteristics of the device employing the spin injection element are improved.

Thereafter, a coil is wound from one end side toward the other end side of the core members through the dummy member continuously without cutting. A part of the coil corresponding to a transition wire set between the core members is wound on the dummy member.
