    • The present invention relates to a method for generating and opening computer forme file. The method for generating the computer forme file includes the following steps. A content of the printer spool file of the word processing document under the current environment is transformed into a picture; forme file information which describes correlative information including a picture quantity, a picture format and a storage position is generated; said picture and said forme file information are encapsulated into a forme file. This method provides two kinds of the generating modes, including: the forme file storing only the picture and the forme file storing the document data and the picture. The method for opening the computer forme file includes the following steps. The information of the document head is read in; the total number of pages of the document is obtained; the picture in the forme file is read in and displayed according to parsing said information of the document head and the total number of pages of the document. This method provides two kinds of the opening modes, including: opening the forme file in the read-only manner and in the editing manner. Said forme file has the practical functions, for example searching the content, looking up and locating the page number, editing or consulting the content and so on.

    • There is provided novel cinnamide derivatives of Formula I: wherein R is C1-4 alkyl or trifluoromethyl; R1 is selected from the group consisting of pyridinyl, quinolinyl, thienyl, furanyl, 1,4-benzodioxanyl, 1,3-benzodioxolyl, chromanyl, indanyl, biphenylyl, phenyl and substituted phenyl in which said substituted phenyl is substituted with one or two substituents each independently selected-from the group consisting of halogen, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy and nitro; R2 and R3 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-4 alkyl, and halogen; R4 is selected from the group consisting of di(C1-4 alkyl)amino, trifluoromethoxy and optionally substituted morpholin-4-yl, pyridinyl, pyrimidinyl, piperazinyl, and pyrazinyl with one or two substituents in which said substituent is independently selected from the group consisting of C1-4 alkyl, aminomethyl, hydroxymethyl, chloro or fluoro; R5 is hydrogen, chloro or fluoro; or R4 and R5 taken together are —CH═CH—CH═CH— or —X(CH2)mY— in which X and Y are each independently selected from the group consisting of CH2, (CH2)nN(R9)— and O, wherein m is 1 or 2; n is 0 or 1; and R6, R7, and R8 are each independently selected from hydrogen, chloro and fluoro; and R9 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-4 alkyl, hydroxyethyl, C1-4 alkoxyethyl, cyclopropylmethyl, —CO2(C1-4alkyl), and —CH2CH2NR10R11 in which R10 and R11 are each independently hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl, which are openers of the KCNQ potassium channels and are useful in the treatment of disorders which are responsive to the opening of the KCNQ potassium channels.

    • The present invention provides a matched filter which can refresh an entire while keeping the speed of a calculation comparable to a small sized circuit. The first and second addition circuits of a matched filter of the present invention are classified into a plurality of groups, the first and second auxiliary adders replace functions for the groups of the first and second adders respectively. The outputs of the first and second adders are then inputted to the first and second subtractors, respectively, and the refreshing means appropriately refreshes the groups replaced by the first and second auxiliary adders. Further, the present invention decreases the number of auxiliary sapling and holding circuits to be used, and decides the refreshing intervals by considering the change of the voltage caused by leakage and other permissible errors of output voltage.
