摘要： A dialysis machine comprising: one or more processing units configured to transmit control data; a pump configured to pump medical fluid to and from a patient based at least in part on control data received from the processing unit; an electronic panel comprising: a display surface, and at least one panel control unit configured to cause the electronic panel to display at least one user interface element that can be invoked by a user; at least one projector; and at least one camera; wherein the one or more processing units are configured to: process input received by the camera, determine a location of a physical object in a field of view of the camera based on the processed input, determine, based on processed input received on at least one occasion, that the location of the physical object represents an invocation of the at least one user interface element displayed on the electronic panel, and determine the control data based on the processed input.

摘要： According to at least one example embodiment, a system of monitoring blood leaks during hemodialysis therapy includes a wetness sensing device and a hemodialysis machine. The wetness sensing device is configured to transmit information wirelessly, the information being indicative of an absence of a liquid or a presence of a liquid. The hemodialysis machine includes, or is coupled to, a wireless receiver having two or more antennas. Signals received at the two or more antennas are decoded at the wireless receiver. If decoded signals indicate a detected wetness, the hemodialysis machine is caused to halt blood flow in and out of the machine and generate an alarm.

In certain aspects, a method includes using a medical fluid pump of a medical fluid pumping machine, such as a hemodialysis machine, to deliver medical fluid to a first portion of a cartridge that is positioned within a magnetic field, exciting atoms in the medical fluid in the first portion of the cartridge by applying radio frequency energy to the medical fluid in the first portion of the cartridge, receiving radio frequency energy generated by the excited atoms in the medical fluid in the first portion of the cartridge, and determining a concentration of a substance in the medical fluid based on the received radio frequency energy generated by the excited atoms in the medical fluid in the first portion of the cartridge.
