摘要： A self-capacitive touch panel includes a plurality of touch electrodes and a plurality of driving signal transmission lines corresponding to the touch electrodes. A plurality of via-holes is arranged at an identical amount and in an identical manner at a region where each touch electrode is located, and each driving signal transmission line is connected to the corresponding touch electrode through the via-hole. Projections of the via-holes at the regions where the touch electrodes other than the corresponding touch electrode are located in a direction perpendicular to the substrate are not located on the driving signal transmission line.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a driving method of a touch control module, a drive circuit of a touch control module, a touch control module, a touch control panel and a touch control device. The driving method comprises: in a touch control time period, providing touch control scan signals to each of the plurality of touch control electrodes, and meanwhile providing respective touch control scan signals to control lines and data lines connected with each of the plurality of pixel driving circuits. Since the touch control electrodes and the pixel driving circuits are provided with touch control scan signals synchronously, the influence of other capacitances except for the touch control sensors to the touch control electrodes during touch control scan period can be released or even eliminated.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a fingerprint identification module, including: a plurality of sensing units, wherein each sensing unit receives modulation signal when turned on, the modulation signal covers at least one first time interval and at least one second time interval, and the voltages during the first and second time intervals are respectively first and second voltages; a collecting unit for collecting output signals of the sensing units in the same column in all the first time intervals as a first signal and those in all the second time intervals as a second signal; and a calculating unit for determining the difference between the first and second signals to obtain a third signal and obtaining the fingerprint information on the basis of the third signal. Through the above solution, it is possible to eliminate the influence of the leakage current in the sensing unit, thereby accurately identifying fingerprints.

The substrate includes a pixel array region, wherein the pixel array region comprises: a base substrate; a light shielding region disposed on the base substrate; and at least one fingerprint sensor pattern disposed in the light shielding region. The fingerprint sensor pattern includes: a driving electrode pattern and a sensing electrode pattern, wherein the driving electrode pattern is configured for providing a driving signal of fingerprint identification, the sensing electrode pattern is configured for receiving a sensing signal of fingerprint identification, and the driving electrode pattern and the sensing electrode pattern are electrically insulated from each other. The substrate can realize an identification of a sliding fingerprint in a display region of a display, thus decreasing fabrication costs, furthermore improving a display effect and user experience since there is no need to design openings in a non-display region.

The self-capacitance type touch display panel includes an array substrate having a first metal layer and self-capacitance touch electrodes, and a touch control chip. Each touch electrode includes common electrodes, first metal layer includes touch lead wires corresponding to the touch electrodes, and each touch electrode is connected with the touch control chip via a corresponding touch lead wire. The touch lead wire is configured to transmit a common electrode signal to the touch electrode during a display stage, to transmit a touch scan signal to the touch electrode during a touch stage, and to transmit a touch signal, which is generated by the touch electrode at a position where a touch operation occurs, to the touch control chip.

摘要： The present application provides an in-cell touch display panel, a driving method thereof, and a display device. At least two sub-pixels are a sub-pixel group, cathode layers of different sub-pixel groups are independent of each other, which is equivalent to that the cathode layer set as a whole surface in the prior art is segmented, one sub-pixel group corresponds to one segmented cathode layer, cathode layers of respective sub-pixel groups are connected through conductive lines to the driver chip, so that the cathode layer is reused as a self-capacitive touch control electrode, the driver chip detects a capacitance variation of the cathode layer through the conductive line corresponding thereto to determine a touch location, thus achieving the touch control function. In the in-cell touch display panel, signals outputted by the driver chip to respective signal terminals of a sub-pixel circuit and the cathode layer in a fourth stage are obtained by superimposing the same touch scanning signal on basis of signals outputted to the respective signal terminals and the cathode layer in a third stage, so that the operating state of each module in the sub-pixel circuit is the same as that in the third stage, which ensures normal display, therefore an in-cell touch display panel based on OLED panel is achieved.

摘要： A touch display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a touch display device are disclosed. The touch display panel comprises: an array substrate and an opposing substrate. A common electrode layer is formed on a transparent substrate of the array substrate. Touch sensing electrodes are formed on one surface of a transparent substrate of the opposing substrate facing the array substrate. The common electrode layer is configured as first common electrodes in the display period, and at least one part of the common electrode layer is configured as touch driving electrodes in the touch period. The part of the common electrode layer taken as the touch driving electrodes and the touch sensing electrodes intersect each other. The touch display panel has simple manufacturing processes and can effectively reduce the manufacturing costs of the touch panel and improve the productivity.
