In addition, while the conductivity of the collecting electrode 10 is maintained in a good range, a BSF region 11 with a uniform and sufficient thickness can be formed on the back side of the semiconductor substrate 2, so that the solar cell device 1 of the present invention is also excellent in characteristics such as conversion efficiency.
