摘要： A clip device that allows for easy application of barber capes around a wearer with a reliable connection that facilitates adjustment for a suitable fit is provided. Such a device includes a spring-loaded lift structure that closes around a placed cape portion at any used length with grip means to prevent cape slippage during a haircut operation. The clip itself is configured with a flat back for suitable placement in alignment with the base cape portion and may be removed, if desired, for cleaning or other like actions. As well, the clip includes an extended front including the aforementioned lift structure further including a curved lip to facilitate the disengagement between clip and cape portion on demand, but with a form that is not susceptible to undesired detachment through accidental contact therewith. The clip alone, as well as an incorporating cape, are encompassed within this invention.

摘要： A method of scoring binding affinity of a proposed ligand molecule for a receptor molecule using a computer and computer data bases, which accounts for the increase in energy required where docking disrupts water molecules that are localized at ligand hydration sites. The method uses computer-stored data representing a predicted ligand-receptor structure (preferably one that is validated). The computerized scoring analysis includes determining whether the receptor includes one or more hydration sites occupied by localized water, and, if so, assessing a penalty if docking the ligand into the receptor results in unfavorable interaction of the ligand with a localized water molecule remaining at the receptor hydration site (i.e. after docking).

The treatment system includes a preheating section, a treatment chamber, and an anneal oven that are integrally interconnected within the treatment system. The conveyor system is operably disposed within the treatment system and configured for transporting substrates in a serial arrangement into and through the preheat section, into and through the treatment chamber, and into and through the anneal oven at a controlled speed. The treatment chamber is configured for applying a material to a thin film on a surface of the substrate and the anneal oven is configured to heat the substrate to an annealing temperature as the substrates are continuously conveyed by the conveyor system through the treatment chamber.

摘要： A method and apparatus for conducting a fracturing operation using a wellbore fracturing assembly. The assembly may be mechanically set and released from a wellbore using a coiled tubing string to conduct a fracturing operation adjacent an area of interest in a formation. The assembly may include an unloader for equalizing pressure between the assembly and the wellbore, a pair of spaced apart packers for straddling the area of interest, an injection port disposed between the packers for injecting fracturing fluid into the area of interest, and an anchor for securing the assembly in the wellbore. After conducting the fracturing operation, the assembly may be relocated to another area of interest to conduct another fracturing operation.

When tested in accordance with the flame resistance test protocols of NFPA 267 or ASTM E 1590, the mattress has a maximum heat release rate of less than 250 kW and a total energy release of less than 40 MJ in the first five minutes of the test. The home furnishing items may be tested under test protocols such as California Technical Bulletin #604 or #117. TEQ of the products of the combustion of chlorine-free fibers, yarns and fabrics is less than or equal to 2 nanograms.
