摘要： The invention is a method to optimize solar photovoltaic power plant repowering by making use of the smart predictive and preventive maintenance which detects failures in modules or in cells within modules, i.e., aerial inspections by infrared thermography and/or electroluminescence. In the method object of the invention, the detected failed modules are separated in different types of failures: A—irreversible; B—reversible and C—partly reusable. Repowering consists on substituting modules of type A for new, more powerful ones, and re-group them series-connected within the same strings (1). Modules with type B failures are repaired and installed back in their original place, and modules C are either re-grouped in series-strings, or substituted by new, more powerful modules, also series connected in strings (1).

摘要： Disclosed is a solar cell string, a string group, a module, and a manufacturing method thereof. The solar cell string is formed by connecting a plurality of first type of solar cells and at least one second type of solar cell, wherein front electrodes of the plurality of first type of solar cells (701) have the same polarity, back electrodes of the plurality of first type of solar cells (701) also have the same polarity, and the polarity of the front electrodes of the first type of multiple solar cells (701) is opposite to the polarity of the back electrodes. Back electrodes on a back side of the second type of solar cell (801) comprise a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The solar cell string utilizes two structures of solar cells to establish a stacked connection of shingles, thereby enabling a current carrying unit to direct current out of the back side of the solar cells, making it easier to incorporate a diode, causing no size increase in the module area, reducing the wafer breakage rate, and accordingly raising the module pass rate and assembling efficiency. Further disclosed is a string group formed by the solar cell string, a module, and a manufacturing method thereof.

摘要： A method includes providing a mandrel having an electrical conduit electroformed in the mandrel. The second side of the electrical conduit is blackened while in the mandrel to create a black layer on the electrical conduit. The mandrel is aligned in a flatness fixture such that the mandrel is substantially flat. The mandrel remains flat and in a fixed relationship to the flatness fixture throughout the method. A beam of a laser is controlled toward the black layer. The beam has laser parameters including a power output, a frequency and a mark speed, and selected by setting the power output and the mark speed then determining the frequency. The beam removes a plurality of the portions of the black layer. Each removed portion of the plurality of the portions has a thickness equal to the black layer thickness, and a portion area of 9 mm2 to 18 mm2.

摘要： The disclosure provides a silicon photovoltaic cell scanning eddy current thermography detection platform and a defect classification method. The technical solution adopted by the disclosure is: firstly, fixing the position of the electromagnetic inductive coil and the thermal imager, and using the main conveyor belt to carry the silicon photovoltaic cell to move forward on the production line to form a scanning eddy current heating of the silicon photovoltaic cell. Secondly, the defect temperature information is obtained through the thermal imager in terms of thermal image sequences. Thirdly, the feature extraction algorithms are used to extract the silicon photovoltaic cell defect features. Finally, the image classification algorithms are used to classify the silicon photovoltaic cell defects, and the sorting conveyor belts are used to realize the automatic sorting of silicon photovoltaic cells with different types of defects on the production line.
