摘要： A method and apparatus for automated particulate extraction from solid parts is disclosed herein, which comprises a test tank (42) and a liquid cleaning medium (46) for washing a test part (48). The principle advantages offered by this invention include the ability to verify that the test tank (42) has met a required tank clean threshold (102) as specified by a percentage reduction of contaminants (78) through the use of a liquid quality sensor (76) which repeatedly measures the contamination level of a liquid cleaning medium (46) exiting the test tank (42). Type I and Type II sampling error are eliminated by verifying that the liquid cleaning medium (46) passing from the test tank (42) has measured contaminants (78) reaching both a maximum value (98) and then falling below a specified tank clean threshold (102) prior to ending the cleaning cycle.

摘要： In the present invention a mixing valve is provided, comprising a valve seat provided with first and second fluid conduits and a mixed fluid conduit and including a first plug-fit portion and a first mounting portion, and a valve core defining first and second stop surfaces. The valve core comprises a valve housing provided with a second plug-fit portion configured to be mated with the first plug-fit portion, a valve shaft disposed within the valve housing and provided with a valve plate comprising a first regulating aperture and a second regulating aperture, a stop member mounted on the valve shaft, the valve core defining an initial position in which the stop member engages with the first stop surface and a final position in which the stop member engages with the second stop surface, and a valve module. The mixing valve further comprises a pressing cover provided with a second mounting portion to be detachably mounted to the first mounting portion, wherein the valve core is tightly pressed between the pressing cover and the valve seat. In the present invention a valve core and a mixing valve assembly comprising such valve core are also provided.

摘要： A rotary valve with increased resistance to degradation that can include, a manifold with multiple flow paths, a rotary actuator rotatably mounted within the valve, and a valve seat that is fixedly attached to the manifold, with an end (or component) of the rotary actuator made from silicon carbide diamond (ScD) and the end having a first surface. The valve seat can have a second surface that sealingly engages the first surface. Manufacturing a rotary valve can include combining diamond particles in a press with silicon and applying temperature and pressure to produce a piece of ScD. Interposing a compound between the piece and a structure and brazing them by heating the compound between 700-1200 degrees Celsius. Forming ports and flow paths in the piece by machining the piece with an Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) tool.

摘要： A gas passage switching structure for a pneumatic rotary hand tool includes a pneumatic motor and a revolving valve disposed in a device case. The pneumatic motor has an input ending surface. A forward gas inlet and a reverse gas inlet are formed and spaced apart on the input ending surface. The revolving valve has a gas supply surface. A gas supply port and a discharge port are formed and spaced apart on the gas supply surface. The gas supply surface and the input ending surface are arranged along an axis line in the device case adjacent or in contact with the arrangement so that it allows the pneumatic motor to drive the forward and reverse rotation by the high pressure air flow along the fluid passage in the axis line direction.
