    • The invention is related to a climate control installation, comprising a first circuit (11) containing a first medium, a second circuit (12) containing a second medium and a first connection between the first circuit (11) and the second circuit (12) in the form of a heat pump (1), the input side of which being connected to the first circuit and the output side of which being connected to the second circuit. The heat pump (1) is adapted to, during circulation of the first medium and the second medium in their respective circuits (11, 12), absorb heat energy from the first medium on its input side and emit heat energy to the second medium on its output sidle. The first circuit comprises at least one first member (21) for transferring heat energy between the first medium and a third medium. The installation comprises a second connection (30) between the first circuit (11) and the second circuit (12) for transferring heat energy between the second circuit (12) and the third medium via the first heat energy transferring member (21).

    • A radiation gas burner comprises a burner stone having an axis and a front surface over which a flame is distributed and which is heated by the flame so as to radiate heat, the burner stone being ring-shaped, an outlet pipe arranged radially inwardly of the burner stone and having an inner cylindrical space with an axially rear inlet and an axially front outlet, means for supplying fuel into the rear inlet of the inner cylindrical space of the outlet pipe, first passage means extending from the front surface of the burner stone and through the burner stone rearwardly, second passage means through which a primary air is supplied into the rear inlet of the inner cylindrical space of the outlet pipe to form a fuel-gas mixture which is supplied through the outlet pipe and exits through the front outlet, and third passage means through which secondary air passes through the burner and exits at the front surface, the first passage means for recirculating combustion products through the burner stone communicating with at least one of the second passage means and the third passage means so as to ballast at least one of the primary air and the secondary air with the combustion products which have passed through the burner stone.

    • A portable heat conducting apparatus which includes a gas catalyst combustion device having an air sucking ejector. The apparatus further includes a gas jetting nozzle connected to a gas cylinder via a gas control valve, a combustion catalyst, an ignition device, heat drive pump, and check valve. The heat drive pump includes a heating portion having a liquid heating recess. A check valve is disposed in each of the discharge and suction sides of the apparatus. The gas catalyst combustion device has a combustion chamber which accommodates the combustion catalyst, includes the heat drive pump's heating portion, and is made of excellent heat conducting material. An opening portion in the recess formed in the heat drive pump's heating portion is located to face upwards with respect to gravity, and the heat conducting apparatus further includes an operating-liquid circulating closed-circuit.

    • Energy is stored by heating a salt to a temperature above its latent heat of fusion to convert the salt to a liquid state. Heat is retrieved by moving a heat transfer fluid that is immiscible with the salt and has a density less than that of the salt over the top surface of the liquid salt at such a velocity that the upper layer of the salt is emulsified with the heat transfer fluid to crystalize the salt in the upper layer. Heat is thereby exothermally surrendered to the heat transfer fluid and the crystalized salt gravitates from said top surface, thereby maintaining the top surface in a liquid state. It is preferred to move the heat transfer fluid over the top surface of the salt in either a vortex pattern, or an outward radial pattern.
