    • A vibration-proof clamp includes a clamp main body with a holding portion for holding a pipe material, and having a mounting hole therein; a vibration-proof member mounted in the mounting hole, and having therein a fitting hole with a hole shaft corresponding to the mounting hole, and a concave groove provided by notching a peripheral edge of the fitting hole; and a clip including a cylindrical neck portion inserted into the fitting hole, a fixation rib inserted through the concave groove, and an elastic claw projected on an outer peripheral face of the neck portion and retractable inward in a radial direction. The neck portion is inserted into the fitting hole, the elastic claw retracts in a radial direction, and the fixation rib passes through the concave groove, then, the clip is relatively rotated relative to the vibration-proof member, so that the elastic claw fits into the concave groove.

    • A wrap bracket assembly is provided for securing an elongated member. The assembly includes a bracket with a clamp extending from a base to wrap around the elongated member. The clamp defines an aperture, and includes side edges that extend around the elongated member. The assembly also includes a grommet forming a split tubular body that defines a substantially cylindrical cavity. The body has an axially extending opening through which the elongated member is inserted into the cavity. The body includes a pair of flanges, each of which engages one of the first and second side edges to nest the grommet within the clamp. A projection is provided that extends radially outward from the body and is received in the aperture to circumferentially align the grommet with the bracket.

    • The inventive device is a connector for mounting a vertical exhaust pipe to a truck cab. In one embodiment, the connector includes a bracket, a resilient member, a rigid bushing, a rod, and a clamp. The bracket is mountable to the cab in the proximity of the exhaust pipe. The resilient member is coupled to the bracket, and the bushing is coupled to the resilient member. The rod has an upper end and a lower end, and it is positioned through the bushing. The clamp has a brace attached to an end of the rod and a clasp that is attachable to the exhaust pipe. The rod is moveable axially through the bushing to correspond to vertical displacement between the cab and the exhaust pipe, but the rod is substantially prevented from moving laterally with respect to the cab to substantially prevent lateral displacement between the exhaust pipe and the cab. The resilient member is made from a material that dampens vibrations from the exhaust pipe to reduce noise in the cab.

    • A support unit for suspending a pipe or similar article from an overhead structure comprises a frame having a base and a pair of opposed sides. The base has an opening therein to accommodate a vertically-oriented hanger-rod means extending downwardly therethrough for support of the pipe. A resilient element having a lower peripheral shoulder is mounted within the frame and is adapted to support the hanger-rod.
