摘要： By the extrusion method, (position 1) polyethylene yarns are produced (position 2). These yarns are cooled in a cold water container (position 3). Following that and after having been pre-stretched (position 4), the yarns come into a heating oven (position 5), where they are drawn by shafts (position 6). The monofilament that has been created by the method is then coiled in bobbins (position 8) through an appropriate coiling system (position 9). Following that, the monofilament bobbins are placed on the Raschel knitting machine and are knitted together with polyethylene yarns in latticed fabric. The final product shall be a net utilized for the palletization of various materials. This net has high elasticity, extensibility and breaking resistance.

摘要： An air bag material and a process for making the material are disclosed. The air bag material is formed from a water jet woven fabric containing warp yarns and weft yarns. In accordance with the present disclosure, the warp yarns are treated with a size composition prior to being woven into the fabric. The size composition improves the runnability of the yarns. Of particular advantage, the size composition does not need to be removed after the fabric is produced. In fact, leaving the size composition on the fabric has been found to significantly increase the tear strength of the fabric.

摘要： A stretchable fabric comprising NYCO fabric with about 2 to about 4 wt. % elastic, such as an elastane as LYCRA®, is disclosed. The stretchable fabric of the invention exhibits about 20 to about 50% fabric stretch, and is suitable for application in combat uniforms where mobility and comfort are desirable. The stretchable fabric maintains or exceeds substantially all military uniform standard requirements and exhibits characteristics such as breaking strength, tear resistance, air permeability and abrasion resistance similar to that of NYCO fabric. Also disclosed is a garment manufactured from the stretchable fabric, as well as methods for manufacturing, dying and finishing the stretchable fabric.

A stretch woven fabric characterized by comprising an elastic polyurethane fiber(s) containing two or more metals selected from Mg, Al and Zn in part of a yarn. The metal compound contained in the elastic polyurethane fiber is preferably a composite oxide or a composite hydroxide containing two or more metals, for example, hydrotalcite or a composite oxide obtained by firing hydrotalcite. The stretch woven fabric of the present invention can be suitably used for a bleached stretch denim product.

Adhesive is provided on the top and bottom of a highly porous foil so that the adhesive does not form a continuous film. By means of the adhesive, two sheets of elastic fabric are adhered to the top and bottom of the highly porous foil in order to provide a composite material. The composite material is low in density and high in porosity. As the adhesive does not form a continuous film, the composite material is highly porous and is called a moisture-absorbing, quick drying, thermally insulating, elastic, composite material.

摘要： A fabric for use with a system for monitoring prescribed body functions comprising an elastic fabric, adapted to be carried by a torso, which is stretchable in its longitudinal direction so as to expand and contract in response to body movement and size. The carrier includes at least one conductive and inelastic yarn arranged longitudinally of and located between upper and lower surfaces. The conductive yarn is arranged in sinusoidal configurations longitudinally of the fabric. The conductive yarn forms a breakout through one of the outer surfaces, at selected locations along the length of the fabric, forming opposed exposed ends above the surface. A monitoring unit, which includes a connector and a sensor, is secured with the one surface at the breakout with the connector being united with the exposed ends of the conductive yarn. The fabric acts to maintain the monitoring unit in a desired stationary position allowing the sensor to sense signals emitted from the torso and transmit these senses signals.
