摘要： The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cloth which, when used as an air bag main body cloth, does not undergo the damage caused by a high-temperature gas generated from an inflater, and therefore has high heat resistance and is suitable for an air bag. The means for solving the problem is a coated cloth for an air bag, which is produced by applying an elastomer resin layer on at least one surface of a three-dimensional woven fabric in an amount of 50 to 500 g/m2 per one surface, said coated cloth being characterized by having void spaces formed therein, wherein the void content in the coated cloth is 15 to 60%. Preferably, the coated cloth is used in applications in which the coated cloth is attached onto the periphery of an inflater connection opening in an air bag.

The multi-layer ballistic woven fabric also includes a lower woven layer having lower warp yarns and lower weft yarns that are interwoven together, and a plurality of securing yarns, each securing yarn interwoven with at least some of the upper yarns and some of the lower yarns so as to secure the upper and lower woven layers together. At least one of the securing yarns is woven underneath a first lower weft yarn, then above a second upper weft yarn adjacent the first lower weft yarn, then underneath a third lower weft yarn adjacent the second upper weft yarn and then above a fourth upper weft yarn adjacent the third lower weft yarn. The multi-layer ballistic woven fabric is formed by interweaving the securing yarns with the warp yarns and weft yarns as the upper woven layer and lower woven layer are made.

摘要： A double-faced woven fabric includes a first and a second weave unit interlocked to each other at a plurality of stitching points. The first weave unit includes a plurality of interlaced first warp and weft threads to define a first face, and the second weave unit includes a plurality of interlaced second warp and weft threads to define a second face, which is not coplanar with the first face. The stitching points are formed by crossing the first warp threads over predetermined second weft threads, so that the stitching points are always covered by float second warp threads adjacent to the stitching points. The double-faced woven fabric with the interlocked first and second weave units has largely increased fabric strength and can present different textures, colors or patterns on the first and the second face to thereby provide good applicability.
