    • An exemplary ejection mechanism includes a first plate and a second plate opposite to the first plate, an ejector plate, ejectors, an actuator with a driving shaft, and a drive mechanism. The ejector plate and the drive mechanism are located between the first plate and the second plate. The ejection mechanism further defines first through holes which pass through the first plate and the second plate. The ejector plate defines a second through hole which is coaxial with the first through holes. The ejector extends from the ejecting plate to the first plate and aligns with the ejector hole of the first plate. The drive mechanism links with the driving shaft and the ejector plate, and the actuator drives the ejector plate between the first plate and the second plate via a drive mechanism, which makes the ejector eject or retract.

    • An injection mold for molding a product which has an inclined groove and a straight gap at a side thereof includes a female mold and a male mold. The female mold includes a female core and an inclined pillar mounted in the female mold. The male mold includes a male core, a first sliding block and a second sliding block. The first sliding block is slidably mounted on the male mold, and has an inclined guiding surface. The second sliding block is slidably mounted on the inclined guiding surface. When the injection mold is opened, the second sliding block is smoothly parted from the product along the inclined guiding surface to form the inclined groove, and then, the first sliding block is parted from the product to form the straight gap under the action of the inclined pillar.

    • An injection mold for molding a product which has a gap and an inserting groove at a side thereof includes a movable mold and a stationary mold. A fillister is designed in an inner sidewall of the inserting groove. The stationary mold includes an inclined pillar slantwise mounted in the stationary mold. The movable mold includes a movable core and a sliding mechanism which includes a sliding block, a preventing board and a sliding element. The preventing board is further inserted in the sliding block therein. The sliding block is parted from the product to form the gap, for assisting the sliding element to be parted from the product to form the inserting groove and the fillister under the drive of the inclined pillar and the inner end face of the sliding block acting on the other end of the sliding element, when the injection mold is opened.

    • A mold releasing device for protecting an inclined pole is provided. The mold releasing device comprises a movable core having an inclined hole and disposed inside a movable mold. The inclined pole is cubic shape and has a positioning face at upper side, wherein the positioning face approaches the upper face of the inclined hole. Two sides of middle of the inclined pole contain a trough and a roller unit, wherein the roller unit practices rolling friction and is corresponded to the inclined hole and disposed inside the trough. The lower side of the inclined pole contains a fastening element connected to upper end of a vertical bar. The lower end of the vertical bar contains a flange disposed at a circular orifice of a fixing plate, wherein the fixing plate is fixed to a pushing plate by means of a bolt. Whereby, the pushing plate and the vertical bar may push forward the inclined pole with tilted manner inside the inclined hole and eject a plastic product with laterally release.
