    • A system of a special volume control manifold, containment case and changeable multi-pack solution containers for carpet cleaning and other solution needs. It is portable and relates commercial-grade mixers and a hand-carried spray wand that connects directly to a pressure system having a diluent such as water. The additives are controlled at a manifold header for precise dispersal to the sprayer wand and nozzle. The proportional flow system is made of the control manifold, a hose to each of the solution containers, a control valve for each solution container, a wand with a control valve, nozzle and means to connect an mixed solution hose, and the mixed solution hose between the wand and the manifold. This configuration facilitates the system attachment to a pressured diluent and additive solution containers to provide controlled mixing of the diluent and additive solution which is then transferred to the sprayer wand.

The arrangement of the fluid supply arrangement allows for convenient control of the pressurized fluid flow for spraying the material. Also disclosed is a dispenser with a readily exchangeable pressure application interface for applying a dispensing pressure to the container, enabling the dispenser to be used with both cartridge and foil pack containers.

    • Spray nozzle systems and methods of use are described herein. The spray nozzle system may include a stationary tube, a rigid rotor, and a sub-medium supply source. The stationary tube may be in fluid communication with a pressurized air source. The substantially rigid rotor is in fluid communication with the pressurized air source. The substantially rigid rotor includes a substantially rigid conduit that is in fluid communication with the passages of the stationary tube and the rotor. A portion of the conduit is substantially arched such that an outlet of the conduit is offset a radial distance in a radial direction from the rotor axis. Pressurized air ejected from the outlet produces directional components of the pressurized air in the direction of rotation about the rotor axis; and during use, the pressurized air rotates the rotor and sucks sub-medium from the sub-medium supply source into the stationary tube passage.
