摘要： A lighting system (1) has a first lighting circuit (2) configured to provide a first predetermined level of lighting intensity. The first lighting circuit (2) is configured to receive power from a mains electricity supply (3) or from a battery source (4) if the mains supply is unavailable. The first lighting circuit (2) is connected to at least one first Light source (5) and configured, when actuated, to provide lighting at the first predetermined level of lighting intensity. At this time, the first light source is in either an on or off state or a level of light required to raise ambient light level above a predetermined level. The system (1) further has a second lighting circuit (13) configured to provide lighting at least a second predetermined level of lighting intensity. The second lighting circuit (13) is configured to receive power from the mains electricity supply (3) and is connected to at least one second light source (14). The second lighting circuit (13) has at least one sensor (18) with an input such that actuation thereof causes the second light source (14) to provide the second predetermined level of lighting intensity for a predetermined period of time, in response to ambient illumination meeting or exceeding a predetermined intensity, when said sensor has no input or has had no input for a predetermined period of time, or until re-set. In the system (1), the second predetermined level of lighting intensity is greater than said first predetermined level of lighting.

摘要： In one example, a wall plate may have or include an electrical circuit. The electrical circuit may include a switch and a light sensor supported on a base in the form of a circuit board. A switch cover may cover the light sensor and selectively move with respect to the base through a first range of motion. The switch cover may actuate the switch, when moving through the first range of motion. Additionally, the switch cover may be transparent or semitransparent to enable light to pass through and reach the light sensor regardless of where the switch cover is within the first range of motion.

摘要： A power over Ethernet (PoE) interface device includes a knockout adapter. The knockout adapter is configured for mounting to a conduit knockout opening in an LED luminaire. The interface device includes a power assembly having an input section and an output section. The power assembly is connected to the knockout adapter such that the output section is positioned inside the luminaire when the knockout adapter is mounted to the luminaire. The power assembly further includes a data connector mounted to the input section. The data connector is configured to receive PoE signals from a data cable coupled to the data connector. Power output terminals are mounted to the output section and electrically coupled to the data connector. The power output terminals may be configured to couple the PoE signals from the data connector to an LED light source in the luminaire.

The first battery is operatively coupled to a second component having a generator which is driven by a motor. The generator provides for an electrical charge to be stored in one or more batteries of a battery bank, thereby providing the necessary power utilized by the LED, camera, or other functional components.
