摘要： In a method for manufacturing keypad having three-dimensional patterns, curable resin is filled in a mold, and a ultra-violet lamp irradiates the curable resin, thereby curing the resin. A plurality of different materials is overlapped with each other, and a coating layer is coated on the surface of each three-dimensional pattern, thereby manufacturing a key having three-dimensional patterns. Via the above arrangement, the recognition and aesthetic feeling of each three-dimensional pattern can be increased.

摘要： An invisible, light-transmissive display system with a light resistant material is provided. The light resistant material has a first side and a second side. Substantially invisible holes penetrate between the first surface and the second surface in a predetermined light-transmissive display pattern. The second surface is exposed to a side curing light that is substantially parallel to the second surface at the invisible holes thereadjacent. A light-conducting curable filler is applied into the invisible holes from the first surface. Surfaces of the light-conducting curable filler are cured in the invisible holes at the second surface with the side curing light. The remaining curable filler in the invisible holes is cured.

摘要： Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a keypad for a mobile phone and the keypad manufactured thereby, in which a vacuum deposition layer and a cellophane paper are attached to a lower surface of a key in the keypad. The keypad for a mobile phone includes a plurality of keys, each key includes a key body of a transparent resin material and a high-hardness transparent coating layer coated onto a surface of the key body in order to increase hardness, and each key comprises a key background color paint layer for color presentation, coated onto a lower surface of the key body; an opaque paint layer coated onto a lower surface of the key background color paint layer; a transparent marking portion formed by performing a laser processing according to a shape of a numeral, a character, or a symbol with respect to the lower surface of the key body so as to remove the color paint layer and the opaque paint layer; a metallic vacuum deposition layer formed on the lower surface of the key body and a lower surface of the opaque paint layer; and a transparent color-printed layer or a cellophane paper attached to a lower surface of the metallic vacuum deposition layer so as to present various colors.
