    • A heat exchange apparatus for adjusting the temperature of fluids is provided. The apparatus includes a container for holding therein heat exchange fluid and having an inlet and an outlet; at least one heat exchange member disposed inside the container and having a first wall portion defining a first inner face and a second wall portion defining a second inner face, the first inner face being sealingly coupled to the second inner face defining thereby a fluid path therebetween extending between a first port being in fluid communication with the inlet and a second port being in fluid communication with the outlet, such that liquid introduced into the inlet flows through the fluid path towards the outlet exchanging thereby heat with the heat exchange fluid.

    • A cooling module including a condenser, a power module including the cooling module and a method for cooling electric and/or electronic components are provided. The condenser of the cooling module includes at least one panel for cooling electric and/or electronic components. Two sheets of the panel are attached to one another by a process involving roll-bonding such that a conduit is formed between the two sheets. The conduit extends in a direction of a plane formed by the sheets. Cooling may be provided by evaporating coolant in the conduit at an evaporation section of the panel and by condensing the coolant at a condensing section of the panel. A heat load may be transferred from a heat source to a heat receiving unit. The heat receiving unit is adapted to transfer the heat load to the panel which transfers the heat load to an ambient environment by a thermal carrier.

    • A heat exchanger placed underneath an elevated tub or shower stall or under the bathroom floor includes a flat top heat conductive plate. The top plate is fastened to a flat lower plate, having a serpentine pattern with a shallow depth embedded into the top surface. When the top plate is fastened and sealed to the lower plate, the flow of the incoming cold water is contained within the confines of the serpentine lower plate of the heat exchanger. Heat is transferred from the grey waste water falling onto the top plate to preheat the incoming cold water flowing underneath the top plate in the serpentine conduit chamber of the lower plate in contact with a bottom surface of the top plate. The cold water is thereby preheated and used as a substitute for the incoming cold water that would be normally plumbed to the discharge shower head.

    • The present invention relates to a prefabricated heat-insulation panel with two hot water flow paths. The prefabricated heat-insulation panel comprises a panel; primary and secondary hot water supply pipes which are installed separately inside the panel to provide at least two hot water flow paths; and primary and secondary connection parts which are provided in the panel and connected to a boiler or primary and secondary hot water supply pipes installed in another panel to allow hot water to circulate in the primary and secondary hot water supply pipes. Therefore, the present invention improves heating efficiency because the two hot water pipes which provide different hot water flow paths in the panel are both used for heating, simplifies formation of a double structure of hot water supply pipes with superior resistance to heat and corrosion and arranges the hot water supply pipes free in interval and shape because a polybutene layer with rosin as an activator is formed on the inner surface of the hot water supply pipe made of thermoplastic elastomer, and reduces the diameter and the length of the hot water supply pipes installed in the panel to reduce the panel thickness and minimizes the boiler load.
