摘要： A hydraulic arrangement is provided for a tool locking device of a loader. The hydraulic arrangement comprises a hydraulic cylinder with first and second chambers, which cylinder has a first position for unlocking and a second position for locking, a first supply line hydraulically connected to the first chamber, a second supply line hydraulically connected to the second chamber and a control valve hydraulically connected to the first chamber. So as to prevent the faulty actuation of the hydraulic cylinder, it is proposed that the control valve has a first position and a second position, the control valve in the first position allowing hydraulic fluid to flow only in the direction of the first chamber and in the second position allowing hydraulic fluid to flow both to the first chamber and out of the first chamber and the control valve being controlled such that it assumes the first position when the hydraulic cylinder assumes its first position. In order to bring the hydraulic cylinder from the second position to the first position, the control valve always has to be moved to the second position first.

摘要： Embodiments relate to braking high-speed rotational cutting equipment. In particular, some embodiments relate to forestry machinery having a cutting or mower apparatus, and further having a hydraulic brake. The brake includes a counterbalance valve which pressurizes fluid at the motor outlet to a predetermined level when flow of hydraulic fluid from a pump to a motor is discontinued. The hydraulic brake may include a restrictor orifice to reduce sudden pressure increases on the motor. The predetermined pressure level may be between about 2000 psi and about 4000 psi and the orifice may have a diameter of between about 0.025 and 0.040 inches. The counterbalance vent port can hydraulically connect to the motor case line. An anticavitation valve can be at the counterbalance valve port can supply fluid to the motor inlet after the flow from the pump discontinues. Additional embodiments include related hydraulic control systems and methods.

摘要： A double action oil hydraulic press is provided having a main cylinder for actuating a slide and a lower part forming cylinder for actuating a lower part forming unit, wherein the operations of the cylinders are controlled through the combined control of the rotation of an oil hydraulic pump of a power unit and servo valves whereby the amount of operation oil that must be used is reduced. To this end, the press comprises a power unit comprising a variable displacement oil hydraulic pump adapted to be driven by an inverter motor; controllable servo valves provided in hydraulic circuits connecting the power unit to the main cylinder and to the lower part forming cylinder, respectively; servo controllers for controlling the servo valves, respectively; cylinder pressure detecting sensors provided in the hydraulic circuits, respectively; position detecting sensors for sensing positions of the slide and the lower part forming unit, respectively; a control unit for furnishing the inverter motor of the power unit and the servo controllers with control signals, respectively, and means whereby respective sensing signals of the cylinder pressure and position detecting sensors are fed back to the control unit.

摘要： A tractor-mounted front end loader includes lift boom having a tool, disclosed as a bucket, pivotally mounted to one end of the boom for selected movement by one or more hydraulic adjustment cylinders. A safety valve is associated with one of the pressure chambers of each adjustment cylinder to prevent unintended lowering of the tool in the event a supply-return hose extending between a direction control valve and the adjustment cylinder should rupture. Also connected to this pressure chamber of each adjustment cylinder is an accumulator for providing a damping action. The connection between the pressure chamber and the accumulator is made by rigid tubing, and in one disclosed embodiment, includes a remotely operable on/off valve for selectively coupling the accumulator to the pressure chamber.
