A production method for dyed artificial leather includes a first dying step in which artificial leather constituted mainly of a fibrous base containing ultrafine fibers with a filament fineness of 2 decitex or less and a polymeric elastomer is dyed using a dye and a subsequent second dyeing step performed at a dye concentration that is 0.1% to 30% of the dye concentration (owf) in the first dyeing step.

摘要： An environmental-friendly composite filament artificial leather includes a composite filament textile and an elastomer film. The composite filament textile is made of composite filament. The composite filament includes at least one core portion and a sheath portion. The at least one core portion is a polyester-type polymer, a polyamide polymer or a polypropylene polymer. The sheath portion sheathes the at least one core portion, and the sheath portion is a thermoplastic elastomer. The elastomer film is bonded with the composite filament textile. The elastomer film is made of one selected from the following materials: thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) and thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO). By this way, an environment-friendly artificial leather of lightweight, good abrasion, good touch feeling and well dimentional stability can be manufactured. Furthermore, the artificial leather can be manufactured without use of any solvent, so as to conform to the environment protection requirement.

The conjugated fiber of the present invention includes a conjugated fiber comprising a readily soluble polyester component and a less readily soluble component, and the readily soluble polyester component comprises a copolymerized polyester having 5 to 10% by mole of 5-sodium sulfoisophthalate copolymerized therewith and the readily soluble polyester component contains a polyalkylene glycol. The polyalkylene glycol is in the form of streaks extending in longitudinal direction of the fiber in the longitudinal cross section of the conjugated fiber.

摘要： A weather resistant, vertically foldable, insulating, multi-layered textile composite is provided having a first outer layer composed of a knitted textile fabric with tightly interlaced synthetic textile yarns, which layer has water repellency properties. A second layer next to the first layer is composed of a tightly woven textile fabric having a flexible, polymeric essentially closed cell foam coating attached thereto. A third layer next to the second layer is composed of a non-woven batt of insulating textile fibers. A fourth layer next to the third layer is composed of an impervious synthetic polymeric film. A fifth layer next to the fourth layer is composed of a non-woven batt of chemical resistant textile fibers. A sixth inside layer next to the fifth layer is composed of a knitted textile fabric having tightly interlaced synthetic textile yarns, which layer has water repellency properties. The said layers are stitched together by rows of stitches of synthetic textile yarns, which rows of stitches are at least horizontally disposed such that the composite is vertically foldable. The composite has an insulating R value of at least 3 at a total composite thickness of at least less than 0.50 inch.
