摘要： A fluorine-containing compound exhibiting excellent surface tension-reducing ability despite the absence of perfluoroalkyl group having a chain length of 8 or more which had been the cause of the PFOS and PFOA problems and use of a fluorine material with low environmental load is provided. Also provided are a fluorine-containing surfactant and a composition thereof, an aqueous resin emulsion and a floor polish composition containing such surfactant. The fluorine-containing compound is represented by the following formula (1): Rf1—CpH2p—CH(OH)—CqH2q—NR—CrH2r—(O)n—SO3M (1) wherein Rf1 is a C1-6 perfluoroalkyl group, p, q, and r are independently an integer of 1 to 6, M is a cationic atom or atomic group, n is 0 or 1, R is hydrogen atom, a C1-12 alkyl group, or a group represented by the following formula (2): Rf2—CsH2s—CH(OH)—CtH2t— (2) wherein Rf2 is a C1-6 perfluoroalkyl group, and s and t are independently an integer of 1 to 6.

It forms true emulsions, stable over time with a capacity for water absorption superior to that of lanolin.It also possesses the known emollient, moisturizing and occlusive properties of lanolin.This substitute is usable in all the present and future areas of application of lanolin: in the cosmetics industry, dermatology, and in industrial applications (polishes, lubricants . . . ).It is obtained by hemi-synthesis from a mixture of unsaturated fatty acids, esters of unsaturated fatty acids, unsaturated hydrocarbons or unsaturated derivatives of the latter and compounds comprising or generating hydroxyl functions, such as glycerol, preferably without a catalyst and in an atmosphere devoid of oxygen.Classical thermal treatment or preferably treatment by dielectric heating.

摘要： Disclosed is a strippable floor coating which includes an undercoat layer (A) to be applied to a floor surface, and a strippable overcoat layer (B) over the undercoat layer (A). The undercoat layer (A) is formed from an undercoating agent mainly containing a wax or analogue thereto and having film-formability. The overcoat layer (B) is formed from a floor polish composition mainly containing an aqueous emulsion. The undercoat layer (A) has greater adhesion to the floor surface than to the overcoat layer (B). Even when applied to various flooring materials, this strippable floor coating does not peel off practically and is excellent in soiling resistance and wear resistance to retain a beautiful appearance over long time. If necessary, the coating can be easily stripped off.

In the latter embodiment, it is preferred that at least one of the alkoxysilane surface active agent and the acid catalyst be microencapsuled. The finishing agent permits formation of chemically adsorbed protecting films. Such protecting films are used for substrates of such equipments as electronics products, electric domestic products, automobiles, industrial equipments, mirrors, lenses for glasses and the like. The protecting films have a durability and heat, weather and abrasion resistance, and also water and oil repellent properties.
