摘要： A box-shaped container is described which comprises flat straps spaced beneath the base of the container. These flat straps extend along the base edge and are abutted against the base by stiffening ribs. The base structure contains pocket-like free spaces formed by the base bottom side, the flat strap top side and the stiffening ribs oriented transversely thereto, which free-spaces are open on the sides of the base edge. A bend-through of the container base is to be securely countered by simple means if high weighted commodities are loaded into the container. Stiffening ribs comprise passages in the region of the individual pocket-like free spaces, which are followed by channels which open towards the bottom. Neck-like molded knobs are provided in the channels at the bottom side of the container base. Stiffening sections can be slid into the channels and fastened to the knobs.

These baskets let consumers invert and fully drain thick liquid condiment bottles so the product flows into the neck and against the inside of the cap ready for immediate use. In the preferred embodiment two baskets flex and hold small, medium, and large household size condiment bottles in an inverted position, one bottle per basket. These wide based baskets can then be placed on counters, in refrigerator doors, and on the dining table. As much as fiver percent of household thick liquid condiments can be reclaimed saving money and, ultimately, reducing the total number of containers thrown into landfills.

U-shaped longitudinal and transverse members intersect in a generally flat, intermediate region forming one face of the device. Protruding inwardly of the device from this face are a plurality of sets of four protuberances spaced to loosely receive the heads of nipples. A foraminous closure provides the opposite face of the device and holds the nipples in place in the sets of protuberances. The closure is flat and serves as a base for the device when it is placed on the rack of a dishwasher. The device, with the exception of the separate closure, is molded of plastic material as an integral unit. The closure also is molded of plastic material.
