A pair of wheels are provided in proximity to the second ends of the frame members, where the wheels are vertically spaced from the second ends to avoid ground contact in the static mode, but in rolling contact in the transporting mode.

摘要： The present invention provides a multi-use move, lift and support device, which in the illustrative embodiment is a combination hand truck, dolly and step ladder device. The combination device includes a hand truck frame and a step ladder frame that are pivotally attached to one another. A support plate is pivotally mounted to the hand truck support frame at a distal end thereof, and is configured to secure the hand truck frame and the step ladder frame together when in either an upright or lowered position, and can be positioned to release the hand truck frame from the step ladder frame. A step assembly comprising a plurality of steps that are pivotally mounted to the step ladder frame, and can be rotated and secured to the hand truck frame in a horizontal position to provide steps. The top step of the step assembly is secured to a cross member of the hand truck frame so as to lock the hand truck frame and the step ladder frame into a substantially fixed relationship to one another in a step ladder configuration. In a dolly configuration, the hand truck frame becomes the handle for the dolly, and is held in place by a support bar that pivotally attaches to the hand truck frame and secures to the step ladder frame. The combination device of the present invention further includes a detachable crate for use in the hand truck configuration, a detachable seat for use in the step ladder configuration, and a tray for use in either the step ladder or dolly configurations.

The roller assembly includes two rollers and at least one axle. The car seat is convertible for use in an automobile, on the ground, or in an airplane without removing the child from the seat. In another embodiment, a wheeled support frame is provided of the appropriate width and which has clamps for the attachment of a standard car seat.

摘要： An apparatus for the portage of a cargo includes an articulated frame assembly, one half of which supports a wheel and the remaining half of which is yoked to a control handlebar and waist belt assembly that is worn around the waist of a user. A table, saddlebags, and pouches attach to the apparatus for containing the cargo as does a bench type of a seat. The control handlebar pivots about an axis that is generally parallel with a surface. The two frame halves articulate as needed about a pivot axis disposed in a pivot assembly. The pivot axis is generally disposed in a substantially vertical orientation with respect to the surface when the user is making turns. The pivot axis assembly includes a pivot brake and it can be allowed to pivot or it can be locked in position as a rigid non-articulating frame assembly. The control handlebar pivots into a second position that places the ends in contact with the surface and is useful for the stationary storage of the apparatus. The user may sit on the seat and use the table in this position. A variety of accessory items are anticipated for use and subsequent attachment to the apparatus in order to satisfy particular adaptation requirements.
