摘要： A vehicle fan device for maintaining a desired temperature of an interior compartment of a vehicle when the vehicle is parked is provided. The vehicle has a roof, a hood, and a trunk. The vehicle fan device comprises at least one solar panel mounted on the vehicle with the at least one solar panel collecting sunlight and converting sun energy into direct electrical current (DC). A battery stores the direct electrical current. A fan is electrically connected to the battery with the fan drawing air into or expelling air from within the interior of the vehicle. A switch mechanism activates the fan. The activated fan cools or warms the interior of the parked vehicle.

摘要： The skylight vent cover is installed immediately beneath the existing skylight in the ceiling of a structure, e.g., motorhomes, cabin boats, etc. The vent cover includes one or more opaque panels that are spaced away from the overlying structure to substantially block light passage while allowing airflow between the panel(s) and overlying structure. Some embodiments have a single planar or non-planar panel. Other embodiments have a plurality of tiered panels. The upper surface(s) of the panel(s) can have a reflective coating thereon to reflect light and heat from the skylight and vent. Various attachments can be provided, e.g., mating hook and loop material, magnets, hinge and latch, etc. In all embodiments, the panel is spaced away from the overlying ceiling structure, and in the case of multiple panel embodiments, the panels are spaced apart from one another to provide good ventilation and airflow therebetween.

Each brace has a face for pivotally engaging the mounting hole of one of the hinge arms. The kit includes a plurality of operator brackets, each operator bracket having a respective plurality of fastener holes placed to match particular mounts in the interior side of the universal lid. At least some of the mounts correspond to more than one operator bracket. In a method for attaching a universal lid, the braces are used as templates for forming holes in a rooftop structure. Upon closing the attached lid, the braces are positioned between the roof structure and the universal lid.

The ventilation system comprises a variable speed fan for providing outside air to the passenger compartment, wherein within a given ambient temperature range, the speed of the variable speed fan is controlled such that the air speed produced by the variable speed fan increases with increasing ambient temperature. The ventilation system further comprises a duct system fluidly connecting the variable speed fan to an air diffuser that directs the air from the variable speed fan towards the passengers within the passenger compartment. The cross sectional area of the duct system decreases along its length for providing substantially constant air pressure along its length. The ventilation system is able to provide outside air into the passenger compartment at an air flow speed of greater than 0.15 m/s.
