    • A hydraulic circuit system for use in hydraulically operated vehicles having a bidirectionally rotatable hydraulic motor with a brake unit, a directional control valve for controlling a pressurized fluid supply to the motor, bypass circuits connected between a fluid supply circuit and a drain circuit, a shadow valve provided in the bypass circuits, and an ON-OFF changeover valve provided in the bypass circuits for allowing the bypass circuits to connect with and disconnect from the shadow valve. The system further includes a cavitation preventing circuit device connected through check valves between the bypass circuits and the shadow valve so as to allow the bypass circuits to communicate with each other in co-operation with the shadow valve.

    • The ice making machine constructed in accordance with the invention has an ice making mold with a plurality of ice making cells opened at the bottom, a water tank, water spray nozzles adapted for spraying the water contained in the water tank towards said ice making cells, an ice stocker adapted for storage of ice cubes formed in and harvested from said ice making cells, and an inclined plate having water spray openings and recovery openings and mounted between said ice making mold and the water spray nozzles.The inclined plate comprises a corrugated upper section, a similarly corrugated lower section and a transition section having a flat surface and interconnecting said upper and lower sections. The recesses and projections of the upper section are aligned respectively with projections and recesses of said lower section in the direction in which the water and ice cubes are moved on the inclined plate. The lowermost points of the recesses of the upper section are connected to and are at the same height level as the uppermost points of the associated projections of the lower section.

    • Apparatus for inspecting pipes in a plant, comprising an elongate inspection head portion which is provided with an optical system for receiving an inspection image by approaching an inner surface of a pipe being an object to-be-inspected; at least one proximity sensor which is disposed in the inspection head portion in order to detect a relative distance between the inspection head portion and the proximate object; a positioning mechanism which consists of a plurality of driving shafts for advancing or retreating, rotating, and revolving the inspection head portion; a control device which is capable of programmed operation and which drives and controls the positioning mechanism in a predetermined operation sequence programmed in advance; a data storage device which stores positional data of the respective driving shafts of the positioning mechanism; and an image processor which is disposed at a position remote from the inspection head portion and which reconstructs the inspection image from video signals; the control device controlling the positioning mechanism on the basis of an output signal from the proximity sensor, so that the inspection head portion can be moved and controlled from an initially-set position outside the pipe towards an inspection position of the pipe without contacting with the object to-be-inspected.
