The operating device includes an operating portion exposed out of the bracket, an engaging surface, and a pushing wall. The operating portion is manipulated to allow the engaging surface to engage and disengage the locking portion of the sliding arm, and the pushing wall to push the pole and drive the second fixing arm to move away from the first fixing arm.

The operating portion is capable of being pressed to bias the first latch member, such that the driving portion drives the driven portion to bias the second latch member to thereby release the protrusion of the first slide rail from the first and second stop portions.
