Also, an annotation/material relating unit specifies both an annotation which was added to a distributed material by the user in the meeting and this distributed material. A material matching unit judges a matching characteristic between these specified material and distributed materials. Then, are relating unit links the place of the continuous data where the material having the matching characteristic was employed with respect to the annotation of the distributed material.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a ceramic porous membrane on inner wall surfaces of through holes of a porous base member. The through holes of the base member are arranged in a vertical direction, a ceramic sol liquid having a temperature difference of 50° C. or less between the sol liquid and the base member is supplied to the inner wall surface of the base member, the liquid supply is stopped when the sol liquid exceeds an upper end portion of the base member, and then the sol liquid is extracted from the bottom of the base member. After the sol liquid is completely extracted, a pressure difference is created so that a pressure on the side of an outer peripheral surface of the base member is lower than that on the side of the inner wall surface of the base member.

摘要： A bump structure has a bump constituted by a metal projection which is formed on an electrode of a substrate, and a solder which covers the metal projection but does not touch the electrode. The metal projection is substantially spherical and has a projected portion at a center portion on an upper surface thereof. The metal projection is made of a metal having properties of solder diffusion prevention and adhesion to solder. The bump structure may have two bumps, the first bump being substantially the same as the bump described above and the second being such that its diameter is smaller than an outer diameter of the first bump and it covers the projected portion on the first bump. This bump structure can be formed using a simple process, and can be applied to flip-chip mounting in semiconductor devices with high reliability and yield.

摘要： An area separating apparatus for judging whether or not each object pixel belongs to a photograph image area in an image. The apparatus includes: an average value calculating circuit for calculating an average value of image data of pixels in an image block containing the object pixel; a photograph image area judgment threshold generating circuit for generating a photograph image area judgment threshold in accordance with the average value; a density difference summing circuit for determining differences in image data between respective adjacent pairs of pixels in the image block and calculating a sum of the image data differences for all the pixels in the image block; and a judgment circuit which judges that the object pixel belongs to the photograph image area if the sum of the image data differences is smaller than the photograph image area judgment threshold, and judges that the object pixel does not belong to the photograph image area if the sum of the image data differences is not smaller than the photograph image area judgment threshold.
