摘要： The present invention discloses a microporous high-density polyethylene film for a battery separator, and process for preparing the same. The microporous high-density polyethylene film according to the present invention comprises of high-density polyethylene with weight average molecular weight of 2×105˜4×105, containing not more than 5 wt % of molecules with molecular weight of 1×104 or less and not more than 5 wt % of molecules with molecular weight of 1×106 or more, and has the properties of puncture strength of 0.22 N/μm or more, Darcy's permeability constant of 1.8×10−5 Darcy or more, and shrinkage of 4% or less in machine and transverse direction, respectively. Particularly, the microporous high-density polyethylene film has excellent extrusion-compoundability and stretchability with high productivity and enhances performances and stability of the battery using the film.

摘要： A memory cell structure of a metal (or via) programmable ROM whereby a transistor is shared between bit cells of the programmable ROM. Such a memory cell structure may include: a word line; a bit line; first and second virtual grounding lines; a grounding line; a first bit cell selected by signals of the word line and the first virtual grounding line; and a second bit cell selected by signals of the word line and the second virtual grounding line, wherein a cell transistor, one side of which is connected to the bit line is shared both by the first and second bit cells. Also, the other side of the cell transistor may be floated or connected to the bit line or, alternatively, connected to any one of the first virtual grounding line, the second virtual grounding line and the grounding line, and the gate of the cell transistor is connected to the word line.

摘要： A polypropylene resin composition comprises (1) 40 to 99% by weight of a polypropylene resin; (2) 1 to 60% by weight of an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer elastomer; (3) 20 to 50 parts by weight of a low molecular weight polypropylene resin modified with unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride, and (4) 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of an epoxy resin represented by the following chemical formula I: ##STR1## wherein n is an integer of 1 to 4 and A is a multivalent group having a bond number of n and is selected from bisphenol A-type ethers, propylene oxide-type ethers and ethylene oxide-type ethers, the components (3) and (4) being based on 100 parts by weight of the components (1) and (2) in total. The composition is suited for polypropylene materials to be painted, such as automobile bumpers, by virtue of its superior paint adhesion even under the condition of no pretreatments.

摘要： A light emitting module includes a light source, a printed circuit board, and a connector part. The printed circuit board includes a wiring layer having a wiring electrically connected to the light source, a heat dissipation layer formed under the wiring layer, and a through hole passing through the wiring layer and the heat dissipation layer. The connector part is disposed in the through hole and is electrically connected to the wiring for transmitting a power through the wiring to the light source. The heat dissipation layer may effectively dissipate the heat generated from the light source. A height of a protrusion of the connector part protruding from an upper surface of the printed circuit board may be minimized, such that a dark area caused by the connector part may be minimized, and display quality of a display apparatus including the light emitting module may be optimized.
