    • Disclosed herein is a vibration actuator. The vibration actuator excites a mass member by interaction between an electric field of a vibration coil provided in an inner space of a case and a magnetic field of a magnetic field unit disposed corresponding to the vibration coil. The vibration actuator comprises an elastic wire having a wire body fixed to the outer surface of the mass member and elastic ends fixed to the inner surface of the case. The elastic wire is connected between the case and the mass member for elastically supporting mass member. The present invention minimizes change of natural frequency due to manufacturing tolerance of raw materials to improve vibration characteristics of the vibration actuator, simplifies and reduces a manufacturing process to improve productivity of the vibration actuator, and improves durability to increase the service life of the vibration actuator.

    • An electro-luminescence (EL) display device includes an electro-luminescence display panel including a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix form at pixel areas defined by intersections between gate lines and data lines, each of the pixels having an EL cell connected to a first voltage source and a cell driver, the cell driver connected to a respective one of the gate lines and a respective one of the data lines and connected between a second voltage source and the EL cell, and a pre-charger for pre-charging a storage capacitor in the cell driver into a first pre-charge voltage using a pre-charge voltage source and then floating the respective data line in a pre-charge period prior to an application of a data signal, thereby arriving at a second pre-charge voltage by a discharge of the first pre-charge voltage of the storage capacitor.

    • An approach is provided for securely printing policy-enabled electronic documents. According to the approach, a determination is made at a client device whether policy-enabled printing has been specified for a particular electronic document. If policy-enabled printing has been specified for the particular electronic document, then a determination is made whether a print driver, installed on the client device for supporting printing for a particular printing device, is configured to support policy-enabled printing. Also, a determination is made whether the particular printing device is currently configured to support policy-enabled printing. The particular electronic document is allowed to be processed at the client device for printing only if both the print driver is configured to support policy-enabled printing and the particular printing device is currently configured to support policy-enabled printing.
