摘要： A semiconductor wafer chamfer polishing method for polishing chamfers formed on the edges of semiconductor wafers includes rotating a semiconductor wafer; pressing a polishing cloth against a chamfer of the semiconductor wafer with sufficient pressure to elastically deform the polishing cloth, while supplying polishing fluid to the chamfer; sliding the polishing cloth along an incline of the chamfer from an outer edge toward a center of the semiconductor wafer so as to form a bulge portion of the polishing cloth which contacts an outer surface of the semiconductor wafer, thereby polishing the outer surface along with the chamfer of the semiconductor wafer.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method of cleaning wafers bonded on a fixing member in the form of an ingot, and then sliced by a wire saw from a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal dimension to form a row of wafers. The method includes: a cleaning process for cleaning the wafers bonded on the fixing member in the form of the row of wafers (workpiece W) by a cleaning mechanism; and a separating process includes: a softening step for softening an adhesive in a softening vessel; a first moving step for turning and moving a wafer in a planar direction using an end point of the glued portion of the wafer and the fixing member as the fulcrum; and a second moving step for further moving the wafer in a planar direction by a suction-cup rotary actuator to thereby bring the wafer out of the region of the row of wafers.

摘要： An improved method for preparing block copolymers of propylene which comprises providing a polymerizer composed of at least two reaction vessels connected to one another, substantially homopolymerizing propylene in a first step and then copolymerizing ethylene and propylene in a second step in the presence of a stereoregular catalyst, characterized by carrying out the homopolymerization of propylene in the polymerizer composed of at least two reaction vessels connected to one another in series, then introducing the resulting polymer slurry into a countercurrent washing column and countercurrently washing the slurry with propylene, introducing the washed slurry withdrawn from the lower part of the washing column into a reaction vessel in the second step connected to the washing column and performing the polymerization of ethylene and propylene, of which ratio ranges from 15/85 to 95/5. According to this method, a block copolymer of propylene exhibiting excellent physical properties can be obtained efficiently.

摘要： Disclosed is a device for holding a linear article on a support body, consisting of a pair of plastic counterparts each comprising a base, an article holding means integrally provided on the upper surface of the base, a notched rod integrally provided on the upper surface of the base and extending outward from one front corner of the base, a guide channel having a catch projection therein and extending inward from the other front corner of the base, and an engaging leg integrally provided on the undersurface of the base. In use a pair of plastic counterparts are engaged with each other by inserting the notched rod of each counterpart into the guide channel of the other counterparts, and the counterparts thus engaged are placed across the width of a support plate with the legs of the counterparts abutting the opposite edges of the support plate. The combined counterparts may also be placed across an opening of a support plate with the legs in the opening, with the holding device being fixed to the support by bringing the counterparts closer to each other in the former instance until their legs have engaged the opposite edges of the width or away from each other in the latter instance so the legs engage opposite edges of the opening, thus fixing the holder to the support firmly irrespective of the width of the support or the size of the hole therein.
