摘要： A memory voltage control circuit includes two slots, a control circuit, a voltage conversion circuit, and a switch circuit. The two slots are able to efficiently process different memory types. The control circuit receives memory identification signals from the two slots. The control circuit administers the output voltage of the voltage conversion circuit according to the memory identification signals. The memory identification signals determine whether the switch circuit is to be turned on or off. This will control whether the output voltage of the voltage conversion circuit will go to the first or the second slot.

摘要： Wireless personal area network (Zigbee, Bluetooth, UWB) and wireless identification technologies (Near Field Communication (NFC), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)) are implemented in particular client server functions and communications. Connected with an Authentication Server, a wireless HUB authenticates user identification and provides the user with access to secure data communication with a wireless terminal such as a cellular phone or a PDA. A Location Server provides user locations via methods such as RSSI, TDOA, and GPS and sends location information to a Center Control Server and the Authentication Server. With location information, the Center Control Server initiates and optimizes secure information processes and coordinates the functions of servers and user terminals.

The integrated circuit is configured to convert the PWM signal to an analog voltage signal. The first output terminal is configured to output the PWM signal to a PWM control pin of a fan header. The second output terminal is configured to output the analog voltage signal to a power pin of the fan header.

摘要： A lithium ion battery is disclosed in which the negative electrode material comprises carbon nanostructures having no dimension greater than 2 μm. The battery has a high reversible capacity of the order of 400 mAh/g to 500 mAh/g which can be maintained over a long cycle-life (at least 30 cycles). The carbon nanostructures may be mixed with graphite to improve conductivity. The carbon nanostructues may be synthesized using an AFI template material followed by calcination.
