A current supply wiring connects the current supply bus line and the terminal pad, and the current supply wiring is provided on a peripheral region of a third side which is adjacent to the first and second side.

摘要： In a corner portion outside a display region of a face substrate which constitutes a face panel of a display device, an opening is formed. In the opening, a stem glass structural body, which is configured by integrally forming an exhaust pipe on a center portion of a stem glass and by forming conductive leads in a peripheral portion thereof in an embedded manner, is fixed by welding using curing by heating. The exhaust pipe is evacuated and, thereafter, tipped off, thus realizing vacuum sealing of the inside thereof. A lead line is connected to a distal end of one conductive lead by welding and another end of the lead line is electrically connected with one end portion of the anode formed on an inner surface of the face substrate using a conductive adhesive agent. Further, a getter is mounted and fixed to another conductive lead line by welding.

The electronic interpreter includes a memory for storing sentence data in a data structure having a plurality of sets of sentences including translations of the sentences, wherein each sentence of each set of sentences is linked to another of the sets of sentences, and a data processing unit. 摘要： A photoconductive target having a transparent electrode layer and a photoconductive layer on a transparent substrate is disposed opposite to a group of integrated electron beam emitters having gate electrodes. A number of the electron emitters are activated to apply electron beams to the photoconductive target and the activated ones of the electron beam emitters are temporally changed over by an electron emitter selector circuit and a gate selector circuit. Signal charge generated and stored in the photoconductive layer is read. A time-series electric signal corresponding to a spatial distribution of the incident light is generated. A thin imaging apparatus suitable for a larger area is thus provided.
