摘要： A light-emitting device includes a light-emitting diode, a red light-emitting phosphor layer, a yellow light-emitting phosphor layer, and a blue light-emitting phosphor layer. These layers are stacked in the stacking sequence of the yellow, blue, and red phosphor layers in order of increasing distance from the LED. The stacking sequence of the yellow and blue phosphor layers is first determined in such a manner that these layers do not interact with each other. The stacking sequence of the red and yellow phosphor layers and the stacking sequence of the red and blue phosphor layers are determined by the discriminant D. This determination of the stacking sequence suppresses a reduction in the conversion efficiency of the phosphors due to concentration quenching, improving the emission efficiency of the light-emitting device.

Otherwise, a light emitting device has a light emitting element, a sealing material for sealing the light emitting element, and a high-refractive index layer that contacts an emission surface of the light emitting element. The fine particles has a refractive index high than that of a material composing the emission surface of the light emitting element and that of the sealing material. A phosphor may be included in the sealing material which is adapted to emit a wavelength-converted light by being excited by a light emitted from the light emitting element. The phosphor may have a same matrix as the fine particles, and it may be formed spherical. The light emitting element may be a face-up type light emitting element or a flip-chip type light emitting element.

If a matching portion exists, the digital camera operations in accordance with an operation instruction included in the piece of control information. If the operation instruction is mosaic processing, the digital camera performs mosaic processing to the matching portion. If the operation instruction is image replacement, the digital camera replaces the matching portion with a predetermined image or performs CG processing on the matching portion. If the operation instruction is frame deletion, the digital camera deletes the image data.

摘要： A catalyst selected from a perfluorosulfonic acid and an anhydride thereof enables a non-conjugated drying oil to react with a phenol to form a phenol-added vegetable oil without causing hydrolysis of the non-conjugated drying oil. The phenol-added vegetable oil is allowed to react with an aldehyde to form a vegetable oil-modified phenolic resin. A laminate produced by impregnating paper with the vegetable oil-modified phenolic resin and laminating and molding the impregnated paper is excellent in low temperature punching quality and electrical properties and is free from low molecular weight components oozing out the surface of the laminate.
