摘要： A fuse block 1 includes a fuse box 2 and a high voltage fuse 3. The fuse box 2 has a high voltage mounting part 6. The high voltage mounting part 6 is provided with an opening 6a, a plurality of surrounding walls 7a, 7b, and projections 8. Each of the projections 8 is projected from both the surrounding walls 7a, 7b which are adjacent to each other into an interior of the high voltage mounting part 6. A rated voltage fuse cannot be mounted to the high voltage mounting part 6 because of the presence of the projections 8. The high voltage fuse 3 includes a housing 10 having outer walls 14a, 14b and recesses 13. Each of the recesses 13 is formed by displacing both the outer walls 14a, 14b which are adjacent to each other. When the high voltage fuse 3 is mounted to the high voltage mounting part 6, the recesses 13 and the projections 8 will not interfere with each other.

摘要： There are provided a terminal connection structure and a method of producing the same, in which a terminal is positively and firmly press-connected to end portions or intermediate portions of electric wires, and the connection portion is rendered waterproof. Conductors of a plurality of electric wires are press-connected together by pressing pieces of a terminal through an organic seal material, and the conductors, as well as sheaths of the wires, are clamped together by the pressing pieces of the terminal, and each of the pressing pieces is pressed deeper at that portion thereof disposed on the conductors than at those portions thereof disposed on and adjacent to the sheaths, so that the organic seal material is filled in the conductors, in between the terminal and the conductors, and in between the terminal and the sheaths.

摘要： A connection terminal includes a pair of connection portions interconnected through a fusion portion, and each of the connection portions is defined by a bottom plate, opposite side plates formed respectively on opposite sides of the bottom plate, and a top plate. A spring portion extending from the top plate is folded back from a front side thereof to be disposed within the connection portion so that a mating connection terminal can be held between the spring portion and the bottom plate. The connection terminal is stamped from an electrically-conductive metal sheet in such a manner that the spring portion extending from the top plate is extended along and disposed generally adjacent to the fusion portion before the spring portion is folded back.
