摘要： The present invention provides a positive electrode active material for a non-aqueous electrolyte-based secondary battery, composed of a lithium/nickel composite oxide with high capacity, low cost and excellent heat stability, and a high safety non-aqueous electrolyte-based secondary battery. A positive electrode active material, comprising lithium/nickel composite oxide powders obtained by water washing fired powders having the following composition formula (1), followed by filtering and drying: LiNi1-aMaO2 (1) (wherein, M represents at least one kind of an element selected from transition metal elements other than Ni, group 2 elements, or group 13 elements; and “a” satisfies 0.01≦a≦0.5), characterized in that specific surface area of the lithium/nickel composite oxide powders after water washing is 0.3 to 2.0 m2/g.

The primary particles have a mean particle size of 0.1 μm or more and 3 μm or less, and the secondary particles have a mean particle size of 8 μm or more and 20 μm or less.

An unwanted wave in an adjacent channel band is rejected, that is adjacent to a passband for the digital received signal. The digital received signal with no unwanted wave is converted into a first demodulated signal. The first demodulated signal is converted into a second demodulated signal in analog form. A noise component is extracted from the first demodulated signal. The second demodulated signal is suppressed under squelch control when a squelch voltage that is a voltage of the noise component after rectification and smoothing becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold level.

A duty cycle setting section sets a duty cycle for controlling turning on and off of a switching element of the DC-AC inverter section by a controller. The duty cycle setting section determines the duty cycle using a signal based on the value of the DC voltage and a charging curve determined by a CR circuit. Accordingly, regardless of changes in the input voltage, the effective value of the output voltage approximates to a theoretical value compared to the conventional art.
