    • A light-emitting part includes (N)-th row light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and (N+1)-th row LEDs, wherein ‘N’ is a natural number. A pulse width modulation (PWM) control part generates (N)-th and (N+1)-th PWM signals. A driving voltage generating part includes an (N)-th driving element that applies an (N)-th driving voltage to the (N)-th row LEDs, and an (N+1)-th driving element that applies an (N+1)-th driving voltage to the (N+1)-th row LEDs, wherein a phase of the (N+1)-th driving voltage is delayed by about 360 degrees/M with respect to the phase of the first driving voltage, wherein ‘M’ is a natural number that is more than 2. A current balance part controls an amplitude of an (N)-th driving current applied to the (N)-th row LEDs and an amplitude of (N+1)-th driving current applied to the (N+1)-th row LEDs. Therefore, a striped image may be prevented from being displayed on the display apparatus.

    • An organic light emitting device, and a method of fabricating the same, has a cathode electrode that can prevent oxygen or moisture from infiltrating. The organic light emitting device of the present invention has a lower electrode, an organic thin film layer and an upper electrode successively formed on the substrate. The upper electrode has at least two-layered thin films having different grain density and grain size. A lower film of the at least two-layered thin films of the upper electrode has a first Al thin film having a lower grain density and larger grain size than an upper of the at least two-layered thin films. The upper film has a second Al thin film having relatively higher grain density and smaller grain size than the first Al thin film.

    • Provided is an organic light emitting display device (OLED) for preventing Newton's rings to improve image quality. An organic light emitting display device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a first substrate comprising a single layer or multiple layers; a second substrate comprising a single layer or multiple layers, the second substrate comprising an inner surface facing the first substrate; an array of organic light emitting pixels formed on the first substrate and interposed between the first and second substrates, the array comprising a top surface opposing the inner surface of the second substrate, wherein the top surface and the inner surface has a gap therebetween, and the gap has a gap distance measured between the top surface and the inner surface; and a frit seal interconnecting the first and second substrates while surrounding the array, wherein the frit seal, the first substrate and the second substrate in combination define an enclosed space in which the array is located, wherein the frit seal has a height between the first and second substrates so as to form the gap distance equal to or greater than about 10 μm.
