摘要： The fastening device of the present invention includes a base, two pawl shanks and two positioning rods. The base is formed with two hook portions and two base positioning holes. Each pawl shank is formed with a pawl positioning hole, and each pawl shank includes a pawl section and a hook section. Each positioning rod inserts in one of the base positioning holes and the pawl positioning hole of one of the pawl shanks, such that the pawl shanks are pivotable about the positioning rods respectively. Each hook portion and its corresponding hook section define a tube clamp space, and the pawl sections define a pad clamp space. The fastening device further includes a means for narrowing the tube clamp spaces and the pad clamp space.

The memory unit receives, stores, and outputs a data sequence from a transmitting side. The write control module removes at least part of auxiliary data from the data sequence and writes the data sequence that has the auxiliary data removed into the memory unit. The read control module reads the data sequence from the memory unit and adds auxiliary data to the data sequence to adjust a write state of the transmitting side and a read state of a receiving side. Additionally, an elastic buffering method of a transmission interface is also provided.

摘要： A heat dissipation device assembly structure includes a heat dissipation unit and at least one fastening member. The heat dissipation unit has a bottom face and a locating section. The locating section is formed with at least one channel in communication with the bottom face. The fastening member is assembled on the bottom face. The fastening member has at least one latch section correspondingly inserted in the locating section. The fastening member further has at least one locking section on one side of the fastening member, which side is distal from the bottom face. The fastening member can be quickly assembled with the heat dissipation unit by means of inserting the latch section into the locating section of the heat dissipation unit. The heat dissipation device assembly structure has higher heat dissipation efficiency and is free from welding process so that the welding cost is saved.
