摘要： A double-faced display panel and a double-faced display device including the double-faced display panel are provided. The double-faced display panel includes: a first display sub-unit, provided with a first display surface and a first non-display surface opposite to each other; a second display sub-unit, provided with a second display surface and a second non-display surface opposite to each other, and arranged back to back with the first display sub-unit, the second non-display surface facing the first non-display surface; and a reflection unit, arranged between the first display sub-unit and the second display sub-unit, wherein the reflection unit is configured to reflect display light emitted from the first display sub-unit back to the first display sub-unit and reflect display light emitted from the second display sub-unit back to the second display sub-unit. As the reflection unit is adopted, the displaying light emitted from the first display sub-unit and the second display sub-unit and travelling to the non-display surfaces can be reflected and reused, thus improving light utilization of the double-faced display device, improving brightness of the double-faced display device and enabling the double-faced display device to have a better contrast.

摘要： A method for fabricating an array substrate, an array substrate, and a display device are disclosed. The method includes forming a whole layer of opaque film on a substrate; treating the film to form a transparent region and an opaque region in the film, wherein the opaque region corresponds with a channel region of an active layer; and forming a thin film transistor on the film which has been treated. In the method, prior to forming the thin film transistor, the whole layer of opaque film is formed to comprise the transparent region and the opaque region. When other films are deposited on the whole layer of film, no difference in height occurs, and this further avoids various defects due to difference in height.

The method includes sequentially depositing a first electrode layer and a gate metal layer on a base substrate, the first electrode layer including at least two conductive layers, formation materials of the at least two conductive layers having different etching rates. The method also includes forming a photoresist layer on the gate metal layer, exposing and developing the photoresist layer using a halftone mask plate, performing a first etching process on the gate metal layer, etching the first electrode layer, and ashing the photoresist layer, performing a second etching process on the gate metal layer by using remaining photoresist layer as a mask, stripping the remaining photoresist layer, and sequentially forming a semiconductor layer, a source and drain electrode layer, a via-hole and a second electrode layer on the gate metal layer on which the second etching process has been performed.
