    • Systems and methods of routing calls may include receiving a plurality of calls, and for each of the plurality of calls, determining a threshold time that may be a maximum service time for the call, estimating an expected service time for the call, comparing the threshold time with the expected service time for the call, and assigning the call into one of a plurality of queues based upon the comparing. The method of routing may further include prioritizing the plurality of queues based upon the expected service time for each call in each of the plurality of queues, directing each call in a first queue of the plurality of queues to a first group of agents, and providing a callback prompt to each call in a second queue of the plurality of queues, wherein a priority of the first queue is higher than a priority of the second queue.

    • Embodiments of the present invention relate to systems and methods for task-based tagging and resource classification, which allow tags or metadata to emerge from execution of work-related tasks and activities. In certain embodiments, tags can be automatically extracted from activities performed, for example utilizing a textual description of tasks carried out by an employee. Accumulated tags can then be utilized to describe enterprise resources. Automatic tagging or metadata annotation can be integrated with everyday work utilizing one or more techniques. Candidate tags can be extracted from a task written description utilizing an algorithm that analyzes keywords. Candidate tags can be refined, for example by clustering utilizing a K-means approach. Candidate tags can be ranked based on an overall frequency adjusted against time, with the importance of a tag declining with time.

Factors considered in determining a price of a deal may include information describing the connections of the user, the actions associated with the deal performed by the user, the connections of the user participating in the deal, and the locations of the user's connections.

    • A social networking system acts as a platform for distributing deals from one or more deal providers. The users of the social networking system can interact with information describing the deals via a dashboard user interface provided by the social networking system. When users purchase deals on the social networking system's platform, the social networking system receives a portion of the deal price called the platform share and compensates the users for purchasing deals via the social networking system. The compensation may be funded from the revenue received by the social networking system for the purchases (the platform share). The compensation provided to a user may depend on social information associated with the user, such as the number of the user's connections also participating in the deal.
