    • There is provided a content tag attachment support device enabling a person to perform both tag attachment work and correction word and suppressing increase of the work time. In this device, audio recognition means (104) recognizes audio inputted. Tag generation means (103) gives data obtained by audio recognition as a tag to the content reproduced by content reproducing means (101). Tag correction means (108) sends tag correction information to the tag generation means (103) and sends tag correction start completion report information to content reproduction control means (109). The content reproduction control means (109) controls the content reproducing means (101) so as to temporarily stop the content reproduction in synchronization with a start of the tag correction work and resume the content reproduction in synchronization with the end of the tag correction work.

    • An obstacle detection device includes: an obstacle detection section (11) for emitting beams having a predetermined divergence angle consecutively in a plurality of different directions, receiving a reflected wave from an obstacle for each direction, and detecting the obstacle existing within an emission angle range of the beam for the direction; a distance calculation section (12) for calculating a distance representative of an interspace between the obstacle and the vehicle for each direction based on a received signal of the reflected wave for the direction outputted from the obstacle detection section; an obstacle image creation section (14) for creating, as an obstacle image, a figure two-dimensionally developed in the emission angle range of the beam emitted in each direction while treating, as a basis for image creation, the distance calculated by the distance calculation section for the direction, and for creating and outputting image data for displaying the obstacle image; and a display section (15) for receiving the image data created by the obstacle image creation section and displaying an image showing a positional relationship between the obstacle and the vehicle.

    • An information center generates packets of route guidance information, each corresponding to a prescribed road length of a recommended route. The information center may generate major guide point information and guidance information and transmit both to a vehicular apparatus. The vehicular apparatus provides guidance only for major guide points based on the received major guide point information if it cannot receive the guidance information. According to another aspect of the invention, if the end of a route segment which was the subject of the preceding route guidance information is on an expressway or toll road, guidance information for a preliminary route from that end to an escape position ahead on the expressway or toll road is first transmitted and then information for a remaining route, that is a segment of the recommended route having the prescribed road length minus the preliminary route, is then transmitted. If communication with the information center is lost, the vehicular apparatus performs guidance for the preliminary route to an interchange, for example, of the expressway using the preliminary route guidance information.
