    • Methods and apparatus are disclosed to index digital frames. An example method includes identifying channel types associated with a plurality of image frames, splitting each one of the plurality of image frames into a respective color channel based on the identified channel types, applying a local binary pattern to each of the respective color channels to generate a respective pattern number, generating a spatial representation of each respective pattern number to determine transition probabilities for each channel type, and identifying a degree of similarity between the plurality of image frames based on the transition probabilities.

Each elastic element is positioned between a corresponding resisting surface and a corresponding bracket to supply elastic force between the corresponding resisting surface and the corresponding bracket. The two latching elements are slidably mounted on the two opposite boards. Each latching element includes a latching portion. When the brackets contact the resisting surfaces, the latching portions are received in the pinholes to latch the brackets.

    • Some embodiments include a video copy detection approach based on speeded up robust features (SURF) trajectory building, local sensitive hash (LSH) indexing, and spatial-temporal-scale registration. First, interesting points' trajectories are extracted by SURF. Next, an efficient voting based spatial-temporal-scale registration approach is applied to estimate the optimal transformation parameters (shift and scale) and achieve the final video copy detection results by propagations of video segments in both spatial-temporal and scale directions. To speed up the detection speed, local sensitive hash (LSH) indexing is used to index trajectories for fast queries of candidate trajectories.

The method comprises: a terminal triggers a buffer status report (BSR) and obtains radio resource information of uplink component carriers in a radio network; one or more BSR data units are constructed based on information of buffer data volume to be transmitted; one or more uplink component carriers are selected from the uplink component carriers with available radio resources, and the BSR data unit(s) is/are transmitted on the selected uplink component carrier(s) to a network side. The present invention fully takes advantages of wide bandwidth of a long term evolution-advanced (LTE)-A system, and can realize high-efficiency-and-quality transmission of BSR data unit(s).

The processor generates and maintains a delay signal for a first predetermined time in response to determination that the power source module is powered on. The controller generates and maintains a control signal for a second predetermined time in response to determination that the power source module is powered on. The switch module is turned on to establish an electrical connection between the power source module and the optical module according to the driving signal, and turned off to cut off the electrical connection according to the control signal.
