摘要： A sewage treatment unit for the disposal of aqueous waste sewage from a small installation such as a service station includes a primary settling zone receiving the sewage and separating raw sludge from the water. A first pump conveys the water to a storage zone and actuates a second pump which meters in hydrogen peroxide from a supply thereof into the storage zone to reduce the COD of the water. A pump forces the settled sludge to a coking zone where it is coked in the liquid phase. The coke thus formed then passes to a pressure settling device where it is separated from the coking effluent which is recycled to the storage zone.

摘要： The invention relates to the methods for sewage treatment contaminated by mechanical impurities, fats, proteins and other organic and inorganic compounds, and can be used for purification and water disinfection contaminated by heavy and radioactive metals, saturated or unsaturated fats, filtrate from landfills, meat processing plants, and/or oil and petroleum. The method includes flotation, electrocoagulation and filtration, and provides: mixing water with carbon-based sorbent; filtration of water and carbon sorbent on rubber-based hydrophobic sorbent; decomposition of organic substances accumulated on carbon and rubber sorbents; floatation with hydrogen peroxide; recovery active substance in hydrogen peroxide; reuse thereof; electrocoagulation with water saturation with oxygen and hydrogen, formed on indispensable carbon or metal electrodes based on the of aluminum, titanium, sodium, tin, copper, and other metals; water disinfection by electro-cavitation; generation of active substance based on the iron and titanium atoms; water filtration on the precoat filter; and filtering on activated carbon filter.

摘要： A method involves the processing of a feedstock comprising sanitary products with human waste in a biogenic refinery. The feedstock is shredded to reduce a particle size of the feedstock. The liquid and solid components of the feedstock are separated and the solid components are transferred to a conveyor and moved on a conveyor to a pyrolysis pot of the biogenic refinery. The solid components are heated in the pyrolysis pot to generate an exhaust. The exhaust is directed to a plenum that extends, respectively downstream, to a pollution control device and a heat exchanger. The liquid components are directed through a heat exchanger of the biogenic refinery. The liquid components are heated, concentrated, and injected into the exhaust in the plenum prior to the exhaust flowing to the pollution control device.

摘要： Methods and systems for reducing an average particle size of blackwater solids is disclosed. A vessel is configured to receive a blackwater stream through a one-way inlet. The one-way inlet is configured to allow the blackwater stream into the vessel and prevent backflow. The blackwater stream contains blackwater solids and water. A device in a bottom portion of the vessel is configured to receive the blackwater and comminute the blackwater solids. A recirculating pump is configured to recirculate the blackwater stream under pressure through the device until the average particle size of the blackwater solids is reduced below a size threshold, resulting in a sized blackwater stream.

摘要： This invention proposes the use of Thermal Hydrolysis (or Thermal Carbonization) at different temperatures and pressures in alternate waste streams to achieve an optimal mix of high digestion rates and pasteurization rates while still achieving large viscosity reduction. In the disclosed embodiments means of combining Thermal Hydrolysis (or Thermal Carbonization) and Pasteurization including but not limited to placing the waste streams in parallel, placing them in series, utilizing heat input in parallel and heat exchangers in series are explored to optimize hydrolysis rates, minimize the use of high pressure tanks, optimize energy used, and manage viscosity characteristics of the solids.

摘要： The disclosure relates to a treatment method for sludge utilization in a sewage treatment plant, in particular to a method for reducing heavy metal content of sludge-based biocoke. The disclosure includes following steps (1) to (5): step (1): concentrating a residual sludge produced by a municipal sewage treatment plant to be with a moisture content of 95-98%; step (2): conditioning the concentrated sludge in a sludge bioleaching tank for 48 hours, with a pH value of the sludge being reduced to below 4.5; step (3): pumping the conditioned sludge into a high-pressure diaphragm plate and frame for a press filter dewatering to obtain a dewatered cake with a moisture content less than or equal to 50%; step (4): delivering the dewatered cake into a sludge dryer for crushing, heating and drying to obtain the dried sludge with a moisture content of 15-22%; and step (5): carbonizing the dried sludge into sludge-based biocoke at a high temperature in a pyrolytic carbonization device with a carbonization temperature of 500-650° C.
