摘要： An optical sensor array includes plural sensor heads arranged on a supporting plate at intervals for monitoring moving objects such as black/white keys of a composite keyboard musical instrument; the sensor head has resiliently deformable arms on both side portions thereof and a locating hole/guide groove are formed in the reverse surface portion of the sensor head, and an expander, a grip and projections are formed in the supporting plate; when a worker slides the sensor head on the expander, the resiliently deformable arms make the gap wider so that the grip is pinched between the resiliently deformable arms and that the projections are engaged with the locating hole and guide groove, whereby the sensor head is easily fixed to and located at a predetermined position on the supporting plate.

摘要： The key actuation system is designed for use with a keyboard instrument of the type that has a key fulcrum which pivotally supports multiple keys. Each key has a front end forward of the fulcrum which is to be depressed by a player, and a rear portion which is positioned rearward of the fulcrum and it pivots upwardly when the front end is depressed. The key actuation system includes a pull solenoid with a coil portion and a piston. When the coil portion of the solenoid is energized, the piston is drawn into the coil portion. The solenoid is mounted such that the coil portion is above one of the keys and behind the key fulcrum. The piston is in mechanical communication with the rear portion of the key so that when the coil portion is energized and the piston is drawn into the coil portion, the rear portion of the key is lifted upwardly.

A flexible hollow tube is provided below each key together with a light source and a light-sensitive variable resistor provided at opposite open ends of the tube, so that the tube forms a passage through which the light travels from the light source to the light-sensitive variable resistor, the tube being adapted to be deformed by depressing the associated key to an extra extent or driving it toward left or right from its lower set position to thereby vary the quantity of light from the light source incident on the light-sensitive variable resistor. The light-sensitive variable resistor serves to produce a signal corresponding to the quantity of light incident on it, the signal being used to produce tremolo or other musical effects.
