摘要： An anti-piracy system for a vessel produces a non-lethal all of water along the side of the vessel to wash away a pirate. A cylindrical cap has a top, a bottom edge, a hollow interior, and an outside surface. A slit is defined within the outside surface forming a partial opening within the cap from the interior to the outside surface. A threaded hose fitting is formed within the interior, wherein the cap can be secured to a fire suppression node on the vessel with the downward face positioned over a side of the vessel for forcibly dispersing water through the slit downward over the side of the vessel. The cap is positioned near the deck of the vessel, just over the side of the vessel such that upon activation of the tire suppression system the water is directed downward over the side of the vessel.

The end of the support which extends outside of the housing is directly or indirectly connected to the handle. When the handle is indirectly connected it may be located elsewhere on the barrel or otherwise on the gun and rotatably connected indirectly to the support by a belt, gear, chain or other rotatable drive mechanism.

摘要： A jet of water is emitted in known toy water pistols through the muzzle of the barrel, and accordingly people thus know as to who is a potential target by simply observing the direction the gun is pointed. A toy water pistol in accordance with the invention comprises a hollow body in the shape of a gun having a simulated muzzle through which it can be assumed that a jet of water will issue. Mounted above the gun barrel is the actual water outlet which is formed in the cylindrical wall of a round knob like member mounted so as to be capable of rotation through 360.degree. whereby the user can turn the knob to place the outlet in any desired or arbitrary orientation relative the barrel and simulated muzzle, so that in use a jet of water is emitted in a direction which is not obvious to people who are potential targets.
