摘要： A container for holding elastic loops therein is described. The container includes a substantially planar card having two portions with a folding section therebetween. A foldable, substantially planar sheet is included for holding elastic loops thereon. The sheet is formed such that it can be contained within the card. A separator is pivotally attached with the card. When an elastic loop is placed upon the sheet and the sheet is positioned upon the card, the separator covers a portion of the sheet such that it holds elastic loops against the sheet. Thus, the separator assists in folding both the elastic loops and sheet when the card is being folded along the folding section. For ease of storage and concealment, the card has a shape and size such that when folded, the card is of a substantially similar shape and size as a credit card for placement within a wallet.

Such closing action may be triggered manually but can also be triggered automatically when the pocket is moved away from an upright orientation or experiences a jolting action. In one embodiment the closing action is performed by a length of shape memory material which contracts when heated to pull the pocket front panel top portion against the rear panel top portion and close the pocket opening.

The audible open lid alerting mechanism includes an on/off switch, a battery connector, an activation switch, an audible signal generating circuit, and a speaker. The activation switch is positioned on a receiving cavity facing surface of the lid member at a location such that, when the lid member is positioned over and sealing the top receiving cavity opening, the activation switch is depressed sufficiently to reset the audible signal generating circuit, the audible open lid alerting mechanism being activated by opening the lid member.

摘要： A carrier is provided which comprises a generally bucket-shaped translucent container (2) having an open top for collection of items, and which may have a handle if desired. A light cource (9) is positioned within the container adjacent the bottom wall thereof. A light deflector (15) is removably positioned above the light source and also serves as a false bottom for receiving collected items. The deflector is spaced from the container bottom wall to form a light-bouncing chamber (20) therebetween; and furthermore is slideable upwardly within the container for easy removal of the collected items. The light source provides an access handle (10) for grasping and removing the deflector and its collected contents upwardly. Furthermore, the container bottom wall (5) includes an opening (12) through which light from the light source passes downwardly to assist in lighting the way of the user. In addition, a raised rim (14) surrounding the opening serves to mount the light source. Also, the deflector is translucent and preferably of a lighter color than the container itself to maximize light reflectivity. In a further embodiment, (FIG. 5 ), the deflector is springingly held in position by the container side wall.

摘要： In one embodiment, a carrier (1) is provided which comprises a generally bucket-shaped container (2) which has an open top (4) for collection of items, and which may have a handle (8) if desired. The container is provided with a bottom portion (5) having an opening (15) therein for receiving a light source such as a flashlight (10). The flashlight is suitably held in position, as by a press fit against the edge of the opening, and extends between the interior and exterior of the container. Depending upon the direction the flashlight is pointed, the light will either point downwardly to light the way of the user in the dark, or alternately may cause the container itself to light up when a translucent container material is used. In another embodiment, a pair of generally similar containers (17, 18) of the type described above are joined at their bottom portions so that one container opens upwardly and one downwardly. Openings in the bottoms of the containers are positioned in registry to provide a single opening which receives a light source such as a flashlight, as by a press fit. When the flashlight points downwardly, it causes the lower container (18 ) to glow when a translucent container material is used; and furthermore shines a light through the open end of the lower container which impinges on the ground.
