In the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present document, since the most essential characteristic of a dual-polarized channel, i.e., information u that represents a multipath direction, is matched in the channel matrix, channel information feedback with the lowest cost is implemented, and compared with the existing codebook feedback solution, on the basis that feedback precision is satisfied, the feedback overhead is obviously reduced, terminal implementation complexity is reduced and feedback efficiency is improved.
