摘要： The present invention relates to a microorganism having L-tryptophan productivity and a method for producing L-tryptophan using the same. More precisely, the present invention relates to the recombinant E. coli strain CJ600 (KCCM 10812P) having tryptophan productivity produced from the mutant form (KFCC 10066) of E. coli having L-phenylalanine productivity, wherein tryptophan auxotrophy is released, L-phenylalanine biosynthesis is blocked but tryptophan productivity is enhanced by reinforcing the gene involved in tryptophan biosynthesis, and a method of producing L-tryptophan using the same.

The method includes operations of forming a first insulation layer on a surface of the wafer; selectively etching the surface of the wafer and the first insulation layer so as to form a plurality of trenches; forming a second insulation layer on a bottom and side walls of the plurality of trenches by using a thermal oxidation method; filling a metal inside the plurality of trenches; and performing planarization by removing the metal deposited outside the plurality of trenches.

摘要： Provided are a laser video projector having a multi-channel acousto-optic modulator, and a method and circuit for driving the laser video projector. The laser video projector includes a light generating portion, an optic modulator, an optic combining portion, and an optic scanning portion. The light generating portion emits light to be used to project a video image. The optic modulator modulates the light incident from the light generating portion by using the video signal. The optic combining portion combines modulated light beams emitted from the optic modulator. The optic scanning portion scans light incident from the optic combining portion on a screen. The optic modulator has six or more optic modulation channels so that a plurality of red light beams, a plurality of green light beams, and a plurality of blue light beams incident in a state suitable for optic modulation are simultaneously modulated. Accordingly, limitations in the performance of an optic modulator and an optic scanner can be overcome. Also, a laser video projector can be made small. In addition, the degree of freedom for arranging components increases and the components can be well arranged. Furthermore, a video image of high brightness can be realized.

摘要： A second harmonic generator includes a laser diode mount, a laser diode on the mount for producing pumping light, a resonator for generating second harmonic light from the pumping light output from the laser diode, a lock connecting the resonator and the laser diode mount, a thermal controller including a thermoelectric cooling device for controlling the temperature of the resonator, a housing housing the resonator and coupled to the laser diode mount, a beam splitter for reflecting part of the second harmonic light emitted from the resonator, and a photodetector for detecting light reflected from the beam splitter. The thermoelectric cooling device is interposed between the housing and resonator so that the resonator and the housing are thermally connected. The second harmonic generator separates a thermally unrelated element from a thermal control path to reduce the heat control burden. Since the path of heat flow is only from the resonator to the housing, temperature control of the resonator is accomplished rapidly and precisely.
